Operator safety and the safety of personnel
around the vehicle depend on the vehicle
operator's care and judgment when operating,
servicing or maintaining the vehicle.

instructions provided in the manual renders

This manual describes the proper use and
care of the product, which will help the
‘operator achieve years of safe and trouble
free operation.
Operator should have a thorough
understanding of this manual along with the
corresponding equipment manufacturer's
literature (e.g. user and safety manual of
chassis, pump, generator, fire and rescue
equipment) before starting the operation.
Due to a wide range of models available bear
in mind that some equipment, controls and
functions may or may not available in your
unit. Country-specific deviation is possible.
This also applies to operation, maintenance
and safety relevant systems and fuctions.
Information contained in this manual are
based on the latest information available at
the time of printing,
Illustrations in this manual are intended for
reference use only and may not be the exact
representation of the product.
All directional references such as front, rear,
left side and right side can be viewed when
seated in the cab driver's seat.VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION
NAFFCO manufacturing plate is typically
located inside one of the storage lockers.
Itis important to provide the vehicle
identification (Description, Chassis No., Serial
No., Project No. and Manufacturing Date)
printed in the manufacturing plate when
sending queries and requests related to spare
Parts or technical issues.
The vehicle identification is also required
when processing a warranty claim.

leakage in the piping or valves, flat tires,
broken lights, deformed hand rails etc.
+ Check the engine compartment, check the
fluid levels (e.g. engine oil, radiator fluid,
transmission fluid, power steering fluid,
brake fluid, windshield washer fluid).
+ Inspect other engine components; wires,
engine belts, hoses for leaks, chafing, wear
or any damage.
Check the battery, its terminals and
electrolyte. Ensure that the battery is in
good condition at all the times and is fully
charged.
Operate the functions and controls: lights,
siren, PA system, indicators, gauges,
screens, camera, remote controls, etc.
