This document provides a rubric for evaluating research papers. It evaluates papers across four criteria: organization, analysis, sources, and writing quality. For each criterion, it provides descriptors to assess exemplary, accomplished, developing, and beginning levels of performance. Papers earning the highest scores will have strong logical organization, demonstrate sophisticated critical analysis, use highly relevant sources, and be well-written with proper grammar. Developing papers may have some organizational issues and less thorough analysis and sources. Beginning papers will lack organization and analysis and have numerous writing issues.

on the description of the facility, answer the following
questions to the best of your ability:
