December 2023 at Buraburan Barangay Session Hall, Juban Sorsogon.

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by presiding officer Ms. Rezy Irish D. Venus at exactly
7:00 pm via zoom.
II. OPENING PRAYER
Opening prayer was led by SK chairperson Ms. Rezy Irish Venus.
III. ROLL CALL
The Acting Secretary Mr. Christian G. Gualvez roll called the above-stated persons were
present.
IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING.
The reading and approval of the minutes was skipped due to the meeting conducted at
the time being the first regular meeting.

APPOINTMENT OF SECRETARY AND TREASURER The SK chairperson, in concurrence with the SK
councils appointed Ms. Anabelle V. Baladong and Mr.
Christian G. Gualvez as new Treasurer and Secretary
respectively.

Acting secretary Mr. Christian Gualvez conducted the roll call. The above-stated persons
were presents.

(CHRISTMAS PARTY/ PAMASKONG PASASALAMAT) Pasasalamat on December 23, 2023 at Buraburan
Open court at exactly 3 pm.

The program will be cared of the Sanguniang

Kabataan Councils.

The appointment of committee heads for Information

Dissemination per-purok was done by nomination and
division of the house. Thus, in concurrence with the
SK council, the following committee heads for
