A RESOLUTION RECOMMINDING WAYS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE SIP,
AIP AND OTHER DEPED PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES BY THE SCHOOL
GOVERNANCE COUNCIL TO DR. MARIE LIEZEL L. DIAWARA, PRINCIPAL II OF
MAMBUSAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TUMALALUD, MAMBUSAO, CAPIZ
WHEREAS, the Mambusao National High School SGC functions as one of the backbones in
crafting and planning the SIP, AIP and other DepED Projects and Programs, recommending
ways on how to improve the policy and decision making ensuring the quality and
attainment of the different programs in school promoting systematic, transparent and
responsive results to the school and community.
WHEREAS, the School Governing Council of the Mambusao National High School observed
that external stakeholder plays a vital role in achieving the school goals and objectives,
therefore, recommends the inclusion of the different external stakeholders as part of the
School Implementation Program specifically in the crafting, planning, conduct, quarterly
monitoring and feedbacking in order to improve the quality of the Deped’s Program and
Policy Implementation.
WHEREAS, the external stakeholders refer to different organizations such as private, non-
profit, religious or any denominations, and non-government who have expressed and
contributed to the school’s well-being.
WHEREAS, the School Governing Council will make them as non-voting member and will
be invited to the school’s assembly meeting and other important events (crafting and
implementation of SIP) wherein they are free to suggest any ideas which they think is best
for the learner and teachers.
WHEREAS, this inclusion of the external stakeholder will ensure that the SIP, AIP and other
DepEd Projects will not only focus on the benefit of the learner, but also the teachers as
well as the community.
WHEREAS, the collaboration of the Mambusao National High School and external
stakeholders will allow the SIP to be transparent to everyone so that there would be
checking and accountability.
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT A RESOLUTION RECOMMINDING
WAYS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE SIP, AIP AND OTHER DEPED
PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES BY THE SCHOOL GOVERNANCE COUNCIL
