I am protected via Treaty of Peace and Friendship, Constitution for the United States of America, United
Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous peoples, and Universal Declaration on Human Rights and
International Proclamation by Taj Tarik Bey.

I am not in association with corporate entity that shares similar spelling of my given name KAMAR LESLIE
EATON or any abbreviation.

I am authorized to produce, but not limited to, Allodial Land Tittles, reversion of estate, and identification
cards.
