1) Trishan Verma executed a superdginama to obtain release of his iPhone 14 Pro 256GB with IMEI number 351020627792727 that was seized as evidence in a theft case against an unknown person under section 379 of the IPC. 2) Under the superdginama, Trishan Verma agreed not to sell, mortgage, pledge or change ownership of the iPhone until the final decision in the case and to produce the iPhone whenever required by the court. 3) If Trishan Verma fails to comply with these terms, he will pay a penalty of Rs. 100,000 to the Haryana State.

NO. 351020627792727 in the following terms and conditions:
That the registered owner/I will not sell, mortgage, pledge,
changed the ownership and colour of the above said article Iphone 14
pro 256GB IMEI NO. 351020627792727 till the final decision of the case.
That the registered owner/I will produce the said article Iphone IMEI NO.
351020627792727 as and when required by this Hon’ble court and
directed to do so till the decision of the case.
If I fails to comply with any of the above said terms and conditions
then I will pay Rs. 1,00,000/- as a penalty to the Haryana State.
Hence I execute this superdginama at Gurugram on this 01
