6:11; 2 Cor. 6:4-6; 1 Thess. 2:1-12; 1 Pet. 5:1-4). What do you think are some important
qualities that should characterize your relationship, attitude and conduct towards your congregation
as their pastor?
2. How would you describe your leadership style and your ability to get along with people?
3. State the characteristics of the servant-leader as they were given to Timothy by the apostle Paul.
4. How do you see the relationship between you as the pastor and the church’s Board of Elders?
