In future, the number of posts for Grid Sub-Stations (upgraded/new) will stand created as per the norms (‘Table-1) on a date three months prior to the commissioning of Grid Sub- Stations as may be intimated by CE/P&M to ensure timely deployment of sub-station staff. 4. Considering the effect of increase/decrease in the number of sanctioned posts, there will be no change in the total sanctioned strength of PSTCL and it will remain same i.c. 5136, 5. To minimize the transition effect arising out of this creation/conversion of posts, the office order of this structure will be implemented after 10 days of issue (inclusive of the date of issue), 50 in that period the respective HODs may adjust the surplus staff well in advance. Note: - EIC/CES/HODs shall ensure that the employees posted against the posts of ALM at 220kV and 132/66/11kV Sub-Stations which are converted to the posts of ASA. will be adjusted against the other vacant posts of ALM / Equivalent Cadre under their jurisdiction only. The condition regarding AE/Electrical having experience of two years in the corporation shall be deputed as SSE at 220 KV Sub-Stations, is hereby removed. 7. The newly recruited AE(OTYElect. already posted at 220kV Sub-Stations vide office order no. 297 dated 30/06/2020 due to exigency of work with the approval of worthy CMD/PSTCL and subsequent posting orders of newly recruited AE(OT)/Elect. at 220kV Sub-Stations, if any, till date, are hereby ratified. 8. The revised organization structure of P&M Organization is attached herewith at Annexure-II.
