DROPS OTRIVIN OXY ADULT NASAL SPRAY AS AND WHEN 4 Days; 2 drops in each nostrils

OXYMETAZOLINE(10ML) REQUIRED avoid if no nose block is present;

3. TABLET ZINCOVIT MULTIMINERALS(-) Daily: 0-1-0 10 Days; After Meal;

Lozenges STREPSILS LOZENGES FIRST AID 4 Days; 3-4 per day . don't take like
4. Daily: 1-1-1
FOR SORE THROATS(-) tablet.;

5. TABLET MONTEK LC LEVOCETIRIZINE(-) Daily: 0-0-1 4 Days; After Meal;

SYRUP MUCOLITE SYRUP AMBROXOL


6. Daily: 1-1-1 4 Days; After Meal; 8 ml each time.;
HYDROCHLORIDE(100ML)

Lab Test
1. Hemogram (CBC)
2. Dengue Antigen NS1, IgG & IgM
3. Peripheral Smear for Malaria
4. Widal Test (Slide Agglutination)

Follow Up

3 Days

Doctor's Advice

1. 1.Rest for 5 days.


2. avoid cold items and ice Creams and outside food and oily and spicy food.
3. take home food . soft and easily digested food .
4. drink hot water only.
5. salt and hot water/ Betadine Gargling compulsory.
6. steam inhalation compulsory.

Substitute medicine brand if above unavailable unless Doctor says not to.
