Different designs, installation depths and mounting types enable the versatile
use of the CHT1 series.

Depending on the application, select the SENSORswitch with the appropriate profile:
Flush, flat or with raised housing ring. The compact, wear-free and vandal-proof design of CAPTRON's CHT1 SENSORswitches
is ideal for use in potentially harsh environments such as machine control, door and access control.

In accordance with the requirements of DIN EN 1672-2, the hygienic stainless steel SENSORswitches with edgeless housing ring from
the CHT1 series are suitable for applications in the health care sector and in food technology. Depending on requirements, the CHT1
SENSORswitches can also be supplied with a transistor output or a relay output.

- Green (LED1 / Operating state)

- Red (LED2 / Switching state)

The colours are not listed in the article description for the standard version! (> Type Code 1)

However, if a different LED colour configuration is required, the two LED colours must be listed in the article designation
(> Type Code 2). The first specified LED colour (> C8) is illuminated in the operating state, the second specified LED colour (> C9)

Different shapes, installation depths and plug-in connections mean that the
CHT3 series is suitable for a wide range of uses.

The CHT3-1 or CHT3-2 series has a glass fibre-reinforced coloured cover ring
and is attached to smooth surfaces (e.g. walls / tables) by screw mounting.

According to the requirements of TSI-PRM for persons with reduced mobility,

the certified CHT3 switches are suitable for the traffic and transport industry.
The coloured cover ring is available with Braille or raised pictograms. The
SENSORswitches can be ordered in addition to the visual feedback by 16 bright
LEDs with signal tone and/or tactile feedback (vibration).
Their field of application includes installation in buses and trains as well as for emergency call and information pillars.

The CHT3-4 series has been developed for mounting = Ø 22.5mm.

So this SENSORswitch series can be installed in Siemens or Möller housings,
for example. The mounting is done by a knurled nut which is included in the delivery.

The main area of application for the CHT3-4 SENSORswitch series is mechanical
engineering and plant building.

The customer can choose from a wide range of available symbols for the switch surface (symbol list: Link). In addition to the optical
feedback by 16 bright LEDs, the SENSORswitches can be ordered with a tactile feedback by vibration.

Different shapes, installation depths and plug-in connections mean that the
CHT3 series is suitable for a wide range of uses.

The CHT3-F series has been developed for mounting in front plates.
The sensor element is inserted into the front plate from the front and fastened from
the back by means of a locking ring (locking ring included in delivery).

Please note that the front plate may have a thickness of max. 4.5mm so that the
CHT3-F SENSORswitch can be mounted.

The customer can choose from a wide range of available symbols for the switch surface (symbol list: Link). In addition to the optical
feedback by 16 bright LEDs, the SENSORswitches can be ordered with a tactile feedback by vibration.

This series is mainly used in industrial automation and building technology.

SENSORswitches of the CHT4 series have a very large sensing area of Ø 63 mm

and are designed for screw mounting.

Customers from the field of industrial automation and building technology choose
the CHT4 SENSOR switch for flush mounting (CHT4-0) or the SENSOR switch with glass
fibre reinforced polycarbonate coloured cover ring (CHT4-2), depending on the application.

In private and public transport, the CHT4 SENSORswitch is used as a door opening
SENSORswitch. Equipped with Braille, raised pictograms, 16 bright LEDs, signal tone and vibration, the CHT4 is particularly user-
friendly for persons with limited mobility. Other areas of use are emergency call and information pillars at train and bus stations and taxi
stands.

The capacitive SENSORswitches of the CHT5-2 series switch through single glass
and, in contrast to mechanical switches, operate without wear. They are designed
for two-sided operation and therefore can be used from the inside and outside of a vehicle or building.

No hole is required in the pane of glass for their installation. Industrial adhesive tape allows the uncomplicated gluing.
CHT5 SENSORswitches are suitable as door opening switches for the high frequency continuous service used in the
passenger transport and building technology.

The user receives optical feedback via 16 bright LEDs. According to the requirements of TSI-PRM for people with limited mobility,
the outer ring can be equipped with Braille and raised pictograms..

The CHT5-2 series SENSORswitches have a coloured position ring, which is attached to the outside of the glass pane by adhesive
mounting, and a coloured cover ring, which is clipped onto the mounting flange on the inside.

These rings can either have the same colour (-> type code 1) or different colours (-> type code 2; e.g. coloured cover ring = traffic
black, coloured position ring = traffic green)

to 2) / LED control:
LED control - Semi-Automatic: Die LED1 (green / operating state) can be controlled separately.
When the SENSORswitch is actuated, LED1 goes out and LED2 (red / switching state)
lights up.

The SENSORswitch CHT6 is designed for adhesive mounting on single glass

and switch by touch. The SENSORswitch CHT6 can be switched one sided through
single glass. For installation / application it is not required to have a hole in the glass.

The CHT7 SENSORswitch series are designed for adhesive mounting on glass or other
smooth surfaces such as aluminium, metal, etc. The capacitive SENSORswitches
switch when the sensing surface is touched.

Actuation is only possible on one side from the inside of the vehicle or building.

For mounting on glass, we offer as an option a full-surface sight cover for the outside
of the glass pane. Screen printing is not necessary here.

The CHT7 SENSORswitches are suitable as door opening buttons for highly frequented continuous use in buses, trains and in building
technology. Equipped with Braille and raised pictograms on the colour ring (optional), 16 bright LEDs and vibration (optional), the
SENSORswitches are particularly user-friendly for persons with limited mobility and children.

Zu 2) / CHT7 version
Version of the CHT7:
- Standard: In the "standard version", the SENSORswitch does not have a sight cover on the back. Therefore,
this version is suitable for mounting on a printed glass pane, wall mounting or mounting on all other
smooth, non-transparent surfaces
- with sight cover: In this version, the SENSORswitch has a sight cover on the back.
This makes it ideal for mounting on unprinted glass panes.

The capacitive SENSORswitches of the CHT9-1 series are designed for adhesive
mounting on glass or other smooth surfaces such as aluminium, metal etc.

Except for the sensor element, no further mounting holes are required.

The CHT9-1 SENSOR buttons are used in public transport, building technology
and automation industries. The SENSORswitches have an optical feedback via
16 bright LEDs. In addition, they can be optionally equipped with an acoustic and/or
tactile feedback via signal tone/vibration.

For people with limited mobility, the capacitive SENSOR buttons are equipped with Braille on the polycarbonate cover colour ring.
As a TSI-PRM compliant version, the SENSORswitch series is also available with a coloured cover ring that has tactile pictograms "<>"
in addition to Braille.

The capacitive SENSORswitches of the CHT9-G series are designed for adhesive

Apart from the sensor element, no further mounting holes are required.

The hygienic version CHT9-G is mounted on a mounting support and can be sealed
e.g. with silicone to achieve a high hygienic level.

The CHT9-G SENSORswitches are used in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors,
but also in building technology. The operator receives optical feedback via 16 LEDs.

The CHT9-Y SENSORswitches are primarily used in plant automation, but also

CHT51 SENSORswitches are designed for gluing to insulated glass

(double-glazed glass). They are constructed for two-sided operation and switch by
light touch on the pane of glass. On that score they are suitable for applications from the inside and outside of a vehicle or building with
double-glazed glass. For their installation and application is no hole required in the pane.

As door opening buttons CHT51 SENSORswitches are suitable for the high frequency continuous service used in the passenger
transport and building technology.

The switches provide optical feedback via 16 bright LEDs. According to the requirements of TSI-PRM for people with limited mobility,
the outer ring can be equipped with Braille and raised pictograms.

mounting, and a coloured cover ring, which is clipped onto the mounting flange on the inside.

These rings can either have the same colour (-> type code 1) or different colours (-> type code 2; e.g. coloured cover ring = traffic
black, coloured position ring = traffic green)

The SENSORswitch CHT61 is designed for adhesive mounting on double glass

The CHT7 SENSORswitch series are designed for adhesive mounting on glass or other
smooth surfaces such as aluminium, metal, etc. The capacitive SENSORswitches
switch when the sensing surface is touched.

Actuation is only possible on one side from the inside of the vehicle or building.

particularly user-friendly for persons with limited mobility and children.

The special metal housing design ensures a high-quality appearance.

The capacitive SENSORswitches of the CHT93-1 series are designed for

adhesive mounting on glass or other smooth surfaces such as aluminium,
metal etc. and switch on contact. Except for the sensor element, no further
mounting holes are required.

the field of application extends over traffic engineering and building technology up to information services.
The SENSORswitch is equipped with an optical feedback. Several million cycles and an extremely long life completes the
SENSORswitch.

In accordance with the requirements of TSI-PRM for persons with reduced mobility, the colour ring can be equipped with Braille and
raised pictograms. In addition, the SENSORswitches can be supplied with an acoustic (signal tone) and/or tactile feedback (vibration)
in addition to the optical feedback.

The CHT93-1 series SENSORswitches have a coloured position ring, which is attached to the outside of the glass pane by adhesive
mounting, and a coloured cover ring, which is clipped onto the mounting flange on the inside.

These rings can either have the same colour (-> type code 1) or different colours (-> type code 2; e.g. coloured cover ring = traffic
black, coloured position ring = traffic green)

Zu 3) / LED control / Connection diagram:

LED control - Semi-Automatic: LED1 (e.g. green / operating state) can be controlled separately.
When the SENSORswitch is actuated, LED1 goes out and LED2 (e.g. red / switching
state) lights up.

CAPTRON is the first manufacturer worldwide to develop and produce capacitive

stop request SENSORswitches with touch function for the public and private
transportation. When touching the switch surface, the passenger receives visual
feedback by 12 LEDs and optionally also acoustically by signal tone.

The HWT2 stop request SENSORswitches are specially designed for daily continuous
use in public transport company and convince through extreme longevity, reliability and
robustness. Mechanical wear or regular maintenance are therefore not applicable.

The HWT2 series is suitable both for rod mounting with different diameters (Ø 30 mm,
34/35mm) and for wall mounting. The simple and quick mounting is done by clipping the SENSORswitches into the previously screwed
mounting brackets on the rod or wall. Thus, no screws are visible on the housing and vandalism is prevented.
