gone through a tow month training in customer services representative at CEG Company,
where I was given tasks to assist customers in placing orders and processing payments.to
develop a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to offer
personalized recommendations based on customers needs.

While I may not have direct experience in the hospitality industry, my passion for providing
outstanding service and my ability to adapt quickly make me a strong candidate. I have
always been drawn to the dynamic environment of the aviation industry, and I am excited
about the prospect of being part of a team that delivers world-class service to passengers
from around the globe.

I possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing me to remain calm and composed


during challenging situations. Whether it be handling medical emergencies, rescheduling
flights, or addressing passenger concerns, I prioritize safety, adhere to airline policies and
procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service.

In addition to my qualifications, I bring a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and an


authentic passion for helping others. I am confident that my unique combination of skills,
