Direction: Practice your chosen folk dance from the region of your choice

IV. EVALUATION Direction: Identify the artist and their contributions based from the given
statement.

1. She served as supervisor of physical education at the Bureau of


Education 1940 that distributed her work and adapted the teaching of
folk dancing as a medium of making young Filipinos aware of their
cultural heritage.
