6 PROMOTIONAL REWARDS
1 RETAIL COMPENSATION
A Direct Seller gets discount on every purchase at www.safeshopindia.com. He / She will get the products at
discounted prices referred as Safe Shop Price* (SSP). The Direct Seller can now sell these products at MRP**
or below but not below the SSP. The difference of (MRP - SSP) is the Direct Seller profit. Safe Shop offers a
saving of upto 35% on majority of products.

For Example:
MRP – SSP = Retail Compensation
MRP = Rs. 500
SSP = Rs. 325
Retail Compensation
= MRP – SSP
= 500 – 325
= Rs. 175/-

DS Sell on MRP.

NOTES & TERMINOLOGY:


Ÿ *SSP is referred as Safe Shop Price.
Ÿ **MRP is referred as Maximum Retail Price.
Ÿ Retail Compensation is not calculated and paid by the company.
Ÿ If a DS purchases Safe Shop products worth Rs. 10000/- in a month for self-consumption, he she
can save upto Rs. 3500/- for himself / herself.
Ÿ Company reserves the right to give further discount on any product below SSP.
2. PREFERRED CUSTOMER COMPENSATION
The Direct Seller can promote www.safeshopindia.com on social media, or to his email contacts / general
acquaintances & relatives. If an existing 'Direct Seller' supports a new 'Direct Seller'/'Customer', for
purchase of the products then he / she earns special points called as Business Volume (BV's) points.

Example: Every time you support a new customer / DS to make a purchase of 50 BV or 100 BV or 200 BV
from www.safeshopindia.com, you shall earn Rs. 50/- or Rs. 100/- or Rs. 200/- (as the case may be) as a
Preferred Customer Compensation.

When an active DS refers 3rd direct DS and that DS makes a purchase of 200 BV and / or above, the company
provides a Booster Benefit to the referrer DS. To calculate this Booster benefit, company allocates value of
Business Volume point as Rs. 22.5/-. Booster benefit is counted and calculated only on purchases of 200 BV
and / or above and is given only on 3rd, 6th and 9th directly referred sales to the referrer DS.
For Example: If a 3rd directly sponsored DS makes a purchase of 250 BV, the sponsor DS gets a Booster
Benefit as mentioned below:
3rd Sale = 250 BV
Value of 1 BV (for booster benefit) = Rs. 22.5
Booster Benefit = 250 x 22.5 = Rs. 5625/-
This is Multiple Direct Selling Program; one person can support unlimited Direct Sellers, and the said
Compensation is subject to purchase/sale of products made by them only.

Ÿ Preferred Customer Compensation is paid on weekly basis.
Ÿ To receive Preferred Customer Compensation, a DS should be active and qualified.
Ÿ Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product and has referred and supports 2 different customers to purchase
product.
Ÿ Booster Benefit is a part of Preferred Customer Compensation paid to the Active Direct Seller on the purchases
having 200 BV (Business Volume points) or more purchased by their 3rd, 6th and 9th directly referred DS. No
other compensation will be given on the purchases on which Booster Benefit (3rd, 6th and 9th sale) is given to
the referrer DS.
Ÿ For booster benefit, the value of 1 BV = Rs. 22.5
Ÿ A DS can earn a maximum amount of Rs. 9000/- as Booster Benefit from each 3rd, 6th and 9th directly referred
sale.
Ÿ Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period.
Ÿ Company reserves the right to change / modify Preferred Customer Compensation as per the policies.
3. TEAM BUSINESS COMPENSATION
When you impart training to your Direct Sellers, they can further start supporting new Direct Sellers / selling
of products, thereby creating a team under them. Each of your Direct Seller becomes a vertical in your
group. When a new Direct Seller is referred in any vertical under you who purchase/sale the products, all
the Direct Sellers in the team of DS will earn BV's points.
Team Business Compensation is paid to the active DS on building sales volume equally distributed in both
the verticals.
When an existing active DS sales/purchases of 200 BV equally distributed in both verticals it earns Team
Business Matching Points (TBMP). A DS has an option to build 6 verticals under 3 groups named as Blue,
Amber & Purple. Within these 3 groups a DS earns Team Business Matching Points identified as Blue
Matching Points (BMP), Amber Matching Points (AMP) and Purple Matching Points (PMP) as shown in
below example.

For Example:
When an existing active DS refers sale of 200 BV directly, equally distributed in two verticals of Blue group, it
makes the First BMP for the sponsor DS and makes him / her eligible for Team Business Compensation and
is calculated as mentioned below:

Business in Left Vertical = 100 BV


Business in Right Vertical = 200 BV
Total Business matched in both the verticals = 100 BV
Value of 1 BV (for Team Business Compensation) = Rs. 2.5

On matching of sales of 100 BV in both verticals total business achieved is 200 BV, DS earns Rs. 2.5/- per BV,
therefore his / her Team Business Compensation = Rs. 2.5 x 200 = Rs. 500/- and rest business of 100 BV
from right vertical will be carry forwarded to the next closing.
Maximum threshold limit of earning Team Business Compensation is Rs. 2,00,000/- per week from each Blue
Group , Amber Group & Purple Group.

Group with Highest Incentive at 2,00,000 capping, group with Second Highest Incentive at
200000 capping + 20% Bonus & Group with Third Highest Incentive at 2,00,000 capping + 30% Bonus,

Let's Assume:
Gross Incentive earned for particular week from each group is as follows:
Blue Group = Rs. 2,35,000/-
Amber Group = Rs. 2,10,000/-
Purple Group = Rs. 1,95,000/-

Net Calculation of Team Business Compensation after capping will be as follows:


Group with highest incentive = Rs. 2,35,000/- = Rs. 2,00,000/-

RECOGNITION LEVEL :
If a DS has an active business of 2600 BV in stronger vertical and 1400 BV in weaker vertical, the DS achieves the
Recognition Level of Bronze DS. Further, when a DS has a business of 6800 BV in stronger vertical and 3200 BV in
weaker vertical, he/she achieves the Recognition Level of Silver DS. Qualification criteria of further Recognition
Levels are mentioned in the below table:

Ÿ Team Business Compensation will be paid on weekly basis and calculated on the BV Value of products sold in that
particular week in both verticals. The cut-off day is Tuesday.
Ÿ To earn Team Business Compensation, a DS should be active and qualified.
Ÿ Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product and has referred and supports 2 different customers to purchase
product.
Ÿ Qualified DS: A DS who has maintained his monthly Re-Selling / accumulated Re-Selling of 5 months as per the
highest recognition level he / she has achieved in a month.
Ÿ Business Volume is referred as BV and value of 1 BV = Rs. 2.5/-.
Ÿ The maximum payout in Team Business Compensation in Safe Shop Compensation Program is capped up to 55% of
total company wide BV. If in any week the total payout of Compensations and rewards exceeds 55% of total
company wide BV, the actual payout will be 55% and Team Business Compensation will be calculated on pro rata
basis.
Ÿ Active business is calculated after all the cancellations and refunds deducted from the current week business.
Ÿ Company reserves the right to change / modify Team Business Compensation as per the policies.
4. TEAM RETAIL SELLING / SELF CONSUMPTION COMPENSATION
Safe Shop Compensation Program compensates its DS
with Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption
Compensation on the basis of Business Volume points
generated from the purchases made by the DS and his /
her team.

Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption Compensation is


paid to DS on successfully building business volume
equally distributed in two verticals and is calculated on
the basis of the total Business Volume generated.

For Example:
If a DS has sales of 600 BV in one vertical and sales of
1000 BV in other vertical. Team Retail Selling / Self
Consumption Compensation is paid to you on the
matched BV in both the verticals. Any unpaid BV will be
carry forwarded to the following week as long as the DS
remains active.

NOTES & TERMINOLOGY:
Ÿ Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption Compensation will be paid on the basis of products which have been sold
till Tuesday 6 pm.
Ÿ Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption Compensation is paid to all the DS periodically.
Ÿ The Maximum limit of earning Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption Compensation every week shall be upto Rs.
2,00,000 per group.
Ÿ To earn Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption Compensation, a DS should be active and qualified.
Ÿ Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product and has referred and supports 2 different customers to purchase
product.
Ÿ Qualified DS: A DS who has maintained his monthly Re-Selling / accumulated Re-Selling of 5 months as per the
highest recognition level he / she has achieved in a month.
Ÿ Fresher DS: A DS who has not achieved any Recognition Level or Leadership Rank. A Fresher DS has to do a
reselling of 25 BV and above after one year.
Ÿ Business Volume is referred as BV and value of 1 BV = Rs. 2.5/-.
Ÿ Active business is calculated after all the cancellations and refunds deducted from the current week business.
Ÿ Company reserves the right to change / modify Team Retail Selling / Self Consumption Compensation as per the
policies.
5. COSMIC CORPUS COMPENSATION PROGRAM
COSMIC CORPUS COMPENSATION - Under Safe Shop Compensation Program every DS aims to enhance
the sales of Safe Shop products to achieve enhanced business turnover that further contributes to monthly
Company Turnover. This activity of accumulated company turnover is called Cosmic Corpus
Compensation.

Safe Shop Compensation Program is established to motivate every DS to strive to their maximum potential
and reap benefits which are directly proportional to the amount of effort & time invested with the
Company.

Cosmic Corpus Compensation aims to establish an allocated sum to motivate their DS to perform better. To
make each Direct Seller independent & successful Safe Shop Compensation Program is a uniquely devised
compensation program where they have the opportunity to earn more by participating in the growth of the
company through Cosmic Corpus Compensation.

The company turnover under Cosmic Corpus Compensation hence achieved reflects the business turnover
contributed by DS & their teams through the sale of Safe Shop products.

For clarity of Distribution and Payouts of the Cosmic Corpus Compensation, it is further divided into
4 categories:

5A. EFFORT LOYALTY & SENIORITY (ELS) COMPENSATION
Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that this impact lasts
in your absence.

In Safe Shop Compensation Program, a DS can rise through and achieve different Leadership Ranks on the
basis of certain business in his / her team. In order to encourage this leadership, Safe Shop Compensation
Program rewards its DS with Effort Loyalty & Seniority Compensation on achieving various Leadership
Ranks , Increase in Ranks based on your efforts will get you Rewards.

Effort Loyalty & Seniority Compensation is divided in to 5 ELS Groups based on the Leadership Ranks the
DS has achieved. Below mentioned is the Qualification Criteria of Leadership Ranks & ELS Groups.

Group 1: When a DS is able to achieve Leadership Rank 1, he / she enter Group 1 and remains in this group
up till Rank 7. Safe Shop Compensation Program allocates special Endowment of 48% of company's
monthly Re-Selling BV turnover which is further divided into 7 parts to remunerate all rank achievers in
Group 1. All ranks there in Group 1 receives equal share of 6.85% of company's monthly Re-Selling BV
turnover.

Group 2: When a DS is able to achieve Leadership Rank 8, he / she enter Group 2 and remains in this group
up till Rank 11. Safe Shop Compensation Program allocates special Endowment of 16% of company's
monthly Re-Selling BV turnover which is further divided into 4 parts to remunerate all rank achievers in
Group 2. All ranks there in Group 2 receives equal share of 4% of company's monthly Re-Selling BV
turnover.

Group 3: When a DS is able to achieve Leadership Rank 12, he / she enter Group 3 and remains in this group
up till Rank 14. Safe Shop Compensation Program allocates special Endowment of 12% of company's
monthly Re-Selling BV turnover which is further divided into 3 parts to remunerate all rank achievers in
Group 3. All ranks there in Group 3 receives equal share of 4% of company's monthly Re-Selling BV
turnover.

Group 4: When a DS is able to achieve Leadership Rank 15, he / she enter Group 4 and remains in this group
up till Rank 16. Safe Shop Compensation Program allocates special Endowment of 8% of company's
monthly Re-Selling BV turnover which is further divided into 2 parts to remunerate all rank achievers in
Group 4. All ranks there in Group 4 receives equal share of 4% of company's monthly Re-Selling Bv turnover.

Group 5: When a DS is able to achieve Leadership Rank 17, he / she enter Group 5 and remains in this group
up till Rank 18. Safe Shop Compensation Program allocates special Endowment of 8% of company's
monthly Re-Selling BV turnover which is further divided into 2 parts to remunerate all rank achievers in
Group 5. All ranks there in Group 5 receives equal share of 4% of company's monthly Re-Selling BV
turnover.

NOTES & TERMINOLOGY:


Ÿ Reselling Business Volume will increase only when 100BV in First Purchase is Achieved.
Ÿ ELS Compensation is calculated and paid on monthly basis.
Ÿ Closing Period: ELS Compensation is calculated on the Business done between 1st & last day of every month.
Ÿ Payout Period: ELS Compensation for the current product sales closing month is paid in the first week of the next
month.
Ÿ ELS Compensation is paid to the DS only once when they achieve the Leadership Rank.
Ÿ To earn ELS Compensation, a DS should be active and qualified.
Ÿ Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product and has referred and supports 2 different customers to purchase
product.
Ÿ Qualified DS: A DS who has maintained his monthly Re-Selling / accumulated Re-Selling of 5 months as per the
highest leadership rank he / she has achieved in a month.
Ÿ Fresher DS: A DS who has not achieved any Recognition Level or Leadership Rank. A Fresher DS has to do a reselling
of 25 BV and above after one year.
Ÿ To earn ELS Compensation, DS has to make a monthly Re-selling as per the Leadership Rank they have achieved.
Ÿ ELS Compensation will be paid to only those DS who have made a minimum purchase of 100 BV as their first
purchase.
Ÿ One time 20 BV Re-selling / Purchase is mandatory to receive ELS Compensation on any Leadership rank.
Ÿ Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period.
Ÿ Company reserves the right to change / modify ELS Compensation as per the policies.
5B. TRAVEL/CAR ENDOWMENT
Safe Shop Compensation Program made a provision to let its DS relax and enjoy life by visiting
distant places. For this Safe Shop Compensation Program has devised Travel/Car Endowment for
its DS who have achieved the Leadership Rank 2 to Rank 10 and to give away this Travel/Car
Endowment company allocates 8% of company's monthly Re-Selling BV turnover and further
divides it into 9 parts as mentioned in the below table:

Ÿ Reselling Business Volume will increase only when 100BV in First Purchase is Achieved.
Ÿ Travel Endowment is calculated and paid on monthly basis.

the first week of the next month.
Ÿ To earn Travel / Car Endowment, a DS should be active and qualified.
Ÿ Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product and has referred and supports 2 different
customers to purchase product.
Ÿ Qualified DS: A DS who has maintained his monthly Re-Selling / accumulated Re-Selling of 5
months as per the highest leadership rank he / she has achieved in a month.
Ÿ Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current
payout period.
Ÿ Company reserves the right to change / modify Travel / Car Endowment as per the policies.
5C. ACHIEVERS CORPUS PAYOUT (ACP) COMPENSATION
Safe Shop Compensation Program has devised a unique system to strengthen product sales
where the company is looking to distribute 100% of the Endowment generated from the monthly
Re-Selling BV. Achievers Corpus Payout Compensation is being calculated on the basis of non-
distributed Endowment for distribution among the DS for Effort Loyalty and Seniority
Compensation. Achievers Corpus Payout Compensation is being distributed to DS who have
achieved the Overall Leadership Ranks achieved by product sales in their team from Diamond to
Universal Crown Ambassador as mentioned in the below table:

Ÿ Leadership rank consistency rewards are calculated on the product costs excluding the tax amount.
Ÿ Payout Period: Achievers Corpus Payout Compensation for the current product sales closing month is paid in the
first week of the next month.
Ÿ To earn Achievers Corpus Payout Compensation, a DS should be active and qualified.
Ÿ Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product and has referred and supports 2 different customers to purchase
product.
Ÿ Qualified DS: A DS who has maintained his monthly Re-Selling / accumulated Re-Selling of 5 months as per the
highest leadership rank he / she has achieved in a month.
Ÿ A DS must be earning compensation of minimum Rs. 6000/- from Team Business Compensation or Team Retail
Selling / Self Consumption Compensation during the month he / she is eligible for Achievers Corpus Payout
Compensation.
Ÿ To be eligible for above mentioned Achievers Corpus Payout Compensation, DS must have Re-Selling business
from their teams as mentioned in the below table:

5D. LEADERSHIP RANK CONSISTENCY REWARD
Safe Shop Compensation Program encourages those active Direct Sellers who maintain their
Recognition Level or Leadership Ranks for 5 consecutive months are awarded by average amount
of reselling done in 5 months.

For Example: If a DS has achieved the Recognition Level of Bronze, he / she has to re-sell products
having business volume points (BV) 1 or above or has an option of re-selling products having
business volume points (BV) 5 or above in one month. Now suppose:

Company offers time bound Promotional Rewards on horizontal growth of verticals to all its DS.
Promotional Rewards are calculated upon sales/purchase in both the verticals in a group. After
completion of current purchase/sales target , the new sales target will come into existence ,

1. Safe & Secure Online Marketing Private Limited also referred as Safe Shop / DS Entity.
2. Safe Shop Compensation Program is also referred as SSCP / CLEAR.

4. The Customer Registration is absolutely free and the company does not ask for any registration fee
for it.

9. DIRECT SELLER (DS) – Is a registered DS / Consumer availing the products and services of the
Company for self consumption purpose or for the consumption of friends and relatives. DS does
not denote in any manner relation to the Company except a customer of the Company.
10. EXISTING / ACTIVE DIRECT SELLER – Is Independent Business member of the Company for selling
the Products and Services of the Company either directly or otherwise as Team in accordance with
the Business policies and practices of the Company and applicable Law of the Land. The Active /
Existing DS will abide by the laid down procedures and practices of the Company for availing the
benefits and incentives as given by the Company besides Law of the Land. In no manner whatsoever
the Active / Existing DS will represent himself as an employee / owner / partner / management of
the Company.
11. PROSPECT CUSTOMER – Means a person to whom an offer or a proposal is made by the Direct
Selling Agent to know more about the direct selling opportunity.
12. Grievances or complaints, if any, shall be resolved in accordance with the Grievance Redressal
Mechanism provided by the company or through arbitration as per laws of the land.
13. Disputes if any will be resolved in the legal jurisdiction of Delhi courts (India) only.
14. Safe Shop does not pay any type of Compensation for sheer act of building the sales team without
any product sales.
15. Safe Shop does not charge any amount for subscription or enrolment or levy any fee for registration
/ joining charges for becoming a direct seller of the company. To participate in the Compensation
Plan of the company, DS needs to be an active DS.
