Imp. Points to Prepare Proje ct Report

1. Cover of the Project Report.


 Colour- Dark /Blue (B.Tech).
 Colour –Brown/Red (MCA/MBA).
 Matter Written By Golden Colour.
 Hard Binding.
2. Each Project Report must be prepared in A4 size paper.
3. First Page of the Project Report same as Cover Matter.
4. Acknowledgement.
5. Company Certificate properly signed on letter head.
6. Candidate Declaration / Certificate.
7. Table of contents with heading number and page number.
8. Soft copy of project report with Code and EXE. files in CD only.
9. Soft copy of project presentation on power point slides in CD only.
10.Project report should not be more than 150 page in all respects.
11.On the date of Internal and External project presentation. the candidate should be in
formal Attire.
12.Two copies of project report are to be prepared for University, and College Library.

Note: Give Hardware Software Requirement for complete examination of project on


external project presentation day.
