licensed by Ministry of Labour & manpower, Government of Pakistan. We have listed the
manpower comprising files of job. Major categories vix. Highly qualified, Skilled, Semi Skilled
and Un-skilled, From these categories our panel of experts selects the personnel to meet the
requirements of our esteemed principals.
Our main operational base is the Head Office at Rawalpindi Attached the capital of Pakistan,
with immediate communication link up possibilities with our valued clients at home and abroad
via the Phones / Fax and Email facilities. We are located in northern areas of Pakistan, at
Rawalpindi attached the capital city of Pakistan. The manpower from northern areas of
Pakistan is internationally known as hardworking, honest and very loyal.
In the following pages you will find the procedure and other requirements by the Government
of Pakistan and concerned Embassies in our country, in connection with the recruitment of
manpower from Pakistan
OPERATIONS
Upon receipt of Power of Attorney and Demand Letter from our principals, we move smoothly
from step to step until the final phase of operation in concluded.
Initially the list of the pending applicants is scrutinized to ascertain whether required personnel
are already available in our records. At the same time, further applications are also invited via
advertisement in the appropriate media, and the screening process is carried out to find
candidates who are suitable in terms of the required qualifications and professional skill,
experience, character, determination for hard honest work and finally health.
Before the candidate's name is forwarded to the Principals for their approval, their bonafides
are checked, professional skill tested and physical finess medically examined. Final stages
consist of endorsement of the visas from the respective consulate, registration formalities of
the Foreign Services Agreement with the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan,
confirmed reservation of seat on the earliest possible flight to the destination and lastly
intimation to the principals, informing the arrival ofthe employees.RECREATING PHASES

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM PRINCIPALS
1, POWE TTORNE’
To be issued by the Principals appointing “Arib Enterprises” as their authorized Recruiting
Agents in Pakistan, to enable us to complete emigration formalities. Sign the Foreign Services
Agreement, and passport formalities, get clearance from the Protector of Emigrants etc. this
document should be attested by your 1) chamber of commerce, 2( Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and 3) the Embassy of Pakistan, in your country. (SeeAnx:A)
2. DEMAND LETTER:
To be issued by the Principal, this document should specify the job description, the number of
personnel required their salary, period of contract, overtime rate, food facility or allowance in
lieu thereof medical facility, accommodation or allowance in lieu thereof, and the total number
of days of paid vacation. with free passage etc. for Saudi Arabia, please mention block visa
number and total number of visas to be utilized. This document should also be attested by 1
Chamber of commerce 2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and 3. The embassy of Pakistan, in your
Country, (SeeAnx:B).*
3. LETTER TO HOST COUNTRY’S CONSULATE IN PAKISTAI
This document informing the Consulate that Arib Enterprises has been appointed as your
Recruiting Agents and to requires the Consul General of the host country to endorse the
required visa in the candidate's passport. It also authorizes us to sign the necessary papers
and receive visas on your behalf. This document should also be attested by, by 1. Chamber of
commerce 2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (SeeAnx:C).*
NOTE: Letter to consulate is notrequired, if visas of the'selected

8 hours per day. Maximum 12 hours per day with 4
hours paid overtime.

‘As per Labour Laws of host country or minimum 15% of
his basic salary per hour.
Free of cost bachelor type accommodation (not tents)
must be provided by employer with electricity, water, gas
and bedding.
Free food or 25% of basic pay to be paid extra in lieu of
free food for un-skilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers.
This provision of free food will not be applicable to UAR
and Bahrain
Free to be provided by employer.
Free transport to be provided by employer.
Economy class by air from place of hire to place of
‘employment and back on expiry of contract to be
