TRUTHFULNESS

A person who is true is committed to speaking and acknowledging the truth, as well as acting
with integrity. While it takes guts to express the truth without fear of repercussions, being
truthful earns us respect and affection. It's amusing how being truthful stresses us out more than
speaking a lie. Students may lie in order to disguise their tracks, get away with something, or
simply to feel more at ease. However, nothing is more difficult or exhausting than telling lies.
Telling lies and keeping track of them is plain exhausting. Why is telling the truth crucial? If we
want to be able to act rationally, we must all be aware of the truth.

I have learned that lies and truths are moral issues. Lies and misrepresentations have
repercussions in science. Science eventually discovers reality. I'm concerned that the internet has
made it significantly more difficult for individuals to locate the truth in our political discussions.
It's possible that too many people will profit from their lies. The rest of us are left to believe what
we feel to be true.

This is what it means to live in a fake news and post-truth era. Even when we make an effort to
be attentive and rational, we may nevertheless base our judgments on lies. Instead of considering
the actual status of the world, we could base our decisions on what we desire to be true. We are
unable to make informed decisions when the truth is obscured by a sea of lies.
HONESTY

It would appear that not everyone agrees. Lies, dishonesty, and withholding of the truth are
frequent occurrences. However, as you start to look at the evidence in favor of honesty, you see
that it's a much better choice than the alternative. Though it's not always simple, honesty doesn't
come with these burdens. Of course, if you have to tell someone a painful reality, you could feel
a little awful, but that won't last long.

When you are honest with yourself, it is much simpler to like yourself. Your self-esteem is
essentially how much you like yourself as a person. Furthermore, it is empowering to discover
that others appreciate you for who you are and the honesty you contribute, rather than for the
façade you present to others. In addition to honesty, there are many other beneficial personality
traits, although these traits frequently co-occur in a person of good character. Being honest
reveals your propensity for kindness, compassion, diligence, and dependability. On the other
hand, think about a liar. They may be associated with someone who would lie, steal, or
manipulate.

I have learned that if you are unable to be honest with yourself, you may experience anxiety,
sadness, or anger for reasons you do not understand. These feelings might have a negative
impact on your mental health as well as your relationship.
FAIRNESS

The necessity of fairness emphasizes the value of actively promoting a workplace where
instances of unfairness are minimized. To create an atmosphere that everyone believes is fair,
efforts should be made to eliminate favoritism on teams, eliminate unclear decision-making
procedures, and establish an equitable distribution of incentives and chances.

People don't quickly forget when they feel they have been treated unfairly, which causes the
terrible feelings that unfairness produces to have an impact on a culture for years. Instead, by
ensuring that there are the same standards for everyone, open, honest communication, and
equitable reward for work and efforts, leaders must develop experiences of fair exchange and
correct practices.

I have learned that fairness is crucial. It occurs in every aspect of our lives. If we did not have
fairness, we would live crazy lives. Everyone should be treated fairly so that no one is excluded.
People who are fair adhere to the rules in their communities, in sports, and in other activities.
They are reliable and sincere. Fairness should be something that matters to a person. People will
respect and trust you if you act in this way. People will want to be your friends once they realize
you are a kind person. You'll have more chances to lead a happy life. When someone feels that
something is unfair, they advocate for change in their neighbourhood.
JUSTICE

We all have a natural sense of justice. What is right and wrong are things we are aware of,
sometimes implicitly and other times openly. Some beliefs are ingrained in us from birth, while
others develop over the course of our lives. The punishment and rewards that justice metes out to
the deserving are, of course, its most significant contribution. Anarchy would result if we knew
that none of our deeds would be punished or rewarded. Everyone would have the freedom to
behave however they please without worrying about receiving any sort of justice. When someone
commits a crime against you, you turn to the legal system for justice in the hopes that the
offender will receive just compensation for their wrongdoing.

When you do something good, there is an expectation that you will be rewarded, which will
serve as encouragement to continue doing good. When you have a strong faith in a divine being,
you believe that it will reward you for your good deeds and punish those who commit crimes or
immoral conduct. When your expectations are not satisfied, you begin to doubt your faith.

I have learned that When it comes to what is fair, everyone is entitled to basic necessities. The
big three are food, shelter, and clean water. In some societies, the bulk of the populace takes
things for granted, yet there are always gaps.
HONOR

Honor is defined as having the utmost respect, regard, or esteem. It is also defined as being
truthful, fair, or honest in one's beliefs and conduct. People in positions of power are usually
expected to be respected by those who report to them. The scriptures, on the other hand, appear
to require Christians to go a step further and honor everyone. In today's world, we are
encouraged to value others based on their money, academic achievements, or even skin color and
physical appearance. This sets us up to exclusively honor people who meet those standards while
dishonouring those who do not.

Being joyful is not the goal of life. It involves living a productive, honorable, and compassionate
life and having your life's actions matter in some way. In order to avoid emulating such a
person's lowliness, our response to such events must be dignified.

I have learned that Honor encourages us to do actions that uphold lofty principles, protect the
weak, and pave the path for future developments that will benefit all parties. It is living in a way
that we can be proud of, even when it is unpopular, especially during times of upheaval.
