Other Terms and Conditions:
1. Loan will be disbursed with formalities as per the RBI guidelines.
2. All the documents submitted to the bank's custody as per the conditions.
3. Any change of address should be address to the bank immediately.
4. 0.3% processing or upfront charge is collected.
5. This sanction letter is valid for 4 months only.
6. Loan will be disbursed in stages as per the requirement/demand directly to the school/
College/ University/ hostel/Institution/Book Seller to the extent possible.
7. Next year disbursement to be made only after student has passed the current annual
examination & progress report/ mark list to that effect is produced.

8. Borrow to note that Floating Rate of Interest will undergo change as and when Bank
will revise Floating Rate of 1-year MCLR.
9. Borrower to give a stamped declaration / affidavit confirming that no educational loan
is availed from other bank/ institutions for the student for whom loan is sanctioned and
shall not avail education loan from any other bank without obtaining NOC from our bank
during the pendency of our educational loan.
10. Progress report of the student to be submitted at regular intervals.
11. Equated monthly instalments are fixed for the convenience of the borrower, whereby
interest payable towards the loan is spread over the entire term of the repayment fixed.
The repayment of all such equated monthly instalment will not be constructed as full
repayment/ settlement of loan account. On payment of all equated monthly instalments,
residual amount if any, in the account due to debiting of overdue/ penal interest/
additional inters as a consequence of revision in interest rates, other incidental changes
shall be paid separately by the borrower.
12. Borrower has to submit latest tax receipts, EC till date of documentation, legal
opinion, search report, government approved plan and ensure that there are no
encumbrances, other than ours, before releasing the loan.
13. Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the facility/advance and to with-hold/stop
any disbursement, without giving any notice in case of non-compliance/breach of any of
the terms and conditions stipulated herein, or in case of any development or situations
wherein in the opinion of the bank, its interest will be/is likely to be prejudicially affected
by such continuation or disbursements.

bank as per RBI guidelines.
