Mary Grace Alforte y Bungay purchased a house and lot in Xevera Subd., Bacolor, Pampanga through a PagIBIG housing loan. In February 2021, she sold the property to Vilma Robles y Palo for PHP 300,000 via an "assume balance" arrangement where Robles would take over payments of the monthly amortizations until full payment. Upon full payment, the property title would be transferred to Robles. Alforte also acknowledges owing Robles PHP 33,215.59, which she undertakes to pay by March 30, 2023. AFFIDAVIT

I, MARY GRACE ALFORTE y BUNGAY, of legal age, Filipino and


a resident of Rosal Danga Caduang Tete, Macabebe, Pampanga, after being
duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

1. I purchased a house and lot property in Xevera Subd., Bacolor,


Pampanga thru PagIBIG Housing Loan;

2. In February 2021, I sold the same property to VILMA ROBLES y


PALO in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP
300,000.00) via “Assume Balance” arrangement;

3. With such arrangement, Vilma Robles y Palo will be the one to


continue paying the monthly amortizations until its full payment;

4. And upon its full payment, the property will be named after
Vilma Robles y Palo, and will be titled in her favor;

5. I hereby attest that the aforementioned statements are true. I


likewise acknowledge that I still owe Vilma Robles y Palo the
amount of PHP 33,215.59, which I undertake to pay on or before
30 March 2023;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hand this 5th day of


January 2023 in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
