Romove and replace the needle

THREADING UPPER THREAD

Caution: Don’t touch the on/off switch when threading the upper thread.

linstall the top thread seat in the machine.(Fig 1)


2.Fix the top thread holder in the top thread seat, place the top thread
bobbin on the top thread holder with the bobbin protector 2mm away
from the bobbin (avoid pressing the top thread bobbin too tight to prevent
the thread bobbin from rotating, or itil cause weak sewing).
3.Guide the bobbin thread according to Fig 3 and Fig 4 thread following
,

the numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6 and thread the needle eye(7) from front to
back.
Note: Avoid guiding the top thread around winding guide to prevent bad
sewing.

THREADING THE LOWER BOBBIN

make sure the power switch is OFF.
SETTING LOWER THREAD:
1 .Slide the bobbin cover forward and take
itoff (Fig. 1)
2.Place the bobbin into the bobbin case
(NOTE: Be sure that the bobbin rotates
counter-clockwise when thread is pulled).
3.The bobbin thread pass through “A “to
“B”, leaving about 10 CM taH. (Fig. 3)
4.Slide bobbin cover back on.

DRAWING UP LOWER THREAD:


1 .Hold the end of the upper thread with your
left hand ,turn the hand wheel towards you
with your right hand
2.As you turn the hand wheel ,the needle goes
down. When the needle turns to the lowest
position, the hook of the bobbin case will
meet the upper thread, after the shuttle turns
a circle ,it will connect with the lower thread.
Turn the hand wheel counterclockwise again,
the lower thread will be drawn up.Hold the
lower thread ,pull the tail out ,put the upper
and lower threads under the presser foot,
toward the back of the needel leaving about
10CM aside.

1. Turn the stitch selector dial to the stitch pattern you need.(See stitch pattern
selector on page 6)

2. Move the stitch length in the right position (See STITCH LENGTH
ADJUSTMENT).
3. Turn the hand wheel toward you to raise the needle to its highest position (Fig.
1). Raise the presser foot, and place the fabric under it.
4. Lower the presser foot and rotate hand wheel to place the needle into
fabric.(Fig .2)

5. Plug the foot control and the adaptor into the jacks of the machine and turn
on the power switch, the light on, you can sew by pressing the foot control.
Press down the foot pedal, machine will begin sewing. Remove your foot and
the machine will stop sewing.(Fig.4)
6. If you finish sewing, remove the foot from the foot control to stop .Turn hand
wheel with your right hand to raise the needle to the highest position, and pull
out the upper thread leaving about 1 OCM(Fig 5), then raise the presser foot
and remove the fabric to the back.(Note: Don’t pull out the fabric roughly when

it’s not easy to pull out ,the needle will bend or break.)

BOBBIN WINDING

1.1 emove the needle firstly, as illustrated in Fig 1 ,press down the winding lever
to raise the thread winding lever, and place the empty bobbin in the bobbin
winding lever.
2.Pull the upper thread out of the needle eye ,guide the thread through winding
guide to the empty bobbin, and wind thread counter clockwise around the empty
bobbin few circles
3.Turn the switch on, the winding starts .Turn off when the bobbin is full to stop
winding, and take away the bobbin from the bobbin winding bar.
4.Raise the winding lever to lower the thread winding lever.

Note: Avoid guiding the top thread into upper thread guide(1) to prevent weak
sewing.

STITCH PATTERN SELECTOR

Before sewing, please choose a suitable stitch pattern. The machine has seven
stitch patterns. As illustration shows, turn the stitch pattern dial to select the
pattern you need.
You can change stitch length after selecting the stitch pattern, and the stitch
pattern will be changed accordingly.

Note: Make sure the needle is in its highest position when adjust the pattern
dial, and do not adjust the pattern dial while sewing.

ADJUSTING THREAD TENSION

STITCH LENGTH ADJUSTMENT


Before sewing your fabric, test with fabric
scraps to choose the stitch length you want.
The machine provides three stitch lengths.
As illustration shows, turn the stitch length
switch to the “—“for the longest stitch length
and on “——“ position, the dial for medium stitch
length, and position, the shortest stitch
“---“

REVERSE
1. Reverse sewing is used to tie off stitches,
so they do not pull out. It is used at the
beginning and the end of seam.
2. When use reverse function,stop the
sewing, then put the reverse switch to
the right “fl” (As illustration shows) and
begin to sew.

Note: When reverse sewing, the sewing


length should not be more than 5CM.

CAUTION
1. Before operating the sewing machine, please read these
instructions completely.
2. Please use adapter ( DC 6V 1. OA).
3 Not suitable for the stretch and elastic fabric
4. If needle is bent I deformed, it will not work.
5. Make sure the flatside of the needle is toward the back, or it
will be not sew
6 When thread is tangled in the lower bobbin stop the machine
cut the tangled threads to clear bobbin case. Re-thread the
bobbin and draw up the bobbin thread.
7.Make sure the needle is correctly threaded from front to back.
