I have heard since childhood that” Health Is Wealth” why so called, because
it is necessary to live a healthy and diseases free life. It is also important to
feel active
Yourself and take care of your health for developing self-respect and self-
image. Good health brings us joy, happiness and great fullness.
There is probably no need to tell what the importance of health in our life is.
From the time Kovid-19 started till today, every single person in our society
is fighting from some or other disease whether it is mentally or physically.
Everything is possible for a healthy person if he/she is fit. We will be fit only
when we are stress free. Looking at today’s situation, it is can be said that
how important yoga, meditation and exercise are for our lives. For yoga our
rishi munis are famous all over the world, due to which they remained
healthy and lived for years. Yoga:-
1. Reduce stress and anxiety
2. Improves flexibility, balance and strength
3. Boosts immunity and lowers inflammation
4. Enhances focus, clarity and mindfulness
5. Promotes better sleep quality and cholesterol levels
6. Lowers blood pressure
7. Promotes better respiratory function
8. Helps alleviate pain and symptoms associated with some chronic
conditions
9. Encourages a healthy and balanced lifestyle
10. Increases overall feelings of well-being and self-awareness
These benefits can positively impact physical, mental and emotional health.
However, it is important to note that yoga should not be viewed as a
substitute for medical treatment or advice, and that any type of physical
activity carries some level of risk, so it’s always best to consult an especially
if anyone have any pre-existing medical conditions. However yoga is not just
a physical practice, but a philosophy and way of life that includes ethical
principles and compassion towards oneself and others.

On the other hand, yoga is not a singular entity. It is synchronization between


the body, mind, and one’s spiritual conscience. Yoga originated in India
during the Indus valley civilization. Yoga first appeared in Vedic texts
between 500 BCE to 200 BCE. The act of yoga has immeasurable benefits
for both body and the mind.
The act of yoga consists of many poses known as ‘Asana’ that have different
physical benefits. If a person practices yoga, he or she will become healthier.
Our P.M. MODI also said, that do Asana, do meditation, for a healthy life.
A healthy person can build a healthy society and healthy society can build a
bettered Nation.
Importance of health: if a person is healthy, they will always be ready to
work and be an active at work. If he or she will be lazy and unhealthy then,
that person
Never achieve anything. It’s very important to maintain the health if one
wants to lead a healthy life. One must eat well and maintain the sleep cycle.
One can stay fit by exercising, yoga daily and maintain a proper timetable for
everything.
Health is the biggest wealth for a human being in his/her entire lifetime.
One can survive without excess money but can’t survive without good health.
Health is something that we can’t buy with money but we can take care of it
and
We can cure it when needed with the help of money.
Balanced diet play a vital role in our daily life, when we intake appropriate
amounts of nutrition, vitamins, proteins, calories and more, our immune
system will strengthen. This will, in turn, help we fight off diseases
powerfully resulting in a disease-free life. A lifestyle means we will be able
to enjoy our life freely and relaxed mind at all times. Every human being
should participate in yoga, meditation, exercise, any kinds of sports for build
leadership skills and make a person absolutely healthy.

Since covid-19, our society is struggling with stress, worry, and tension
which is the leading causes of illness and disease in today’s world. When
these factors are present for an extended period of time, they can result in a
variety of mental difficulties, which can lead to physical and emotional
illnesses.
A great man said that, “The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him
most about humanity, answered “Man! Because he sacrifices his health to
make money. Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health. And then
he also anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result
being that he does not live in present or the future; he lives as if he never
going to die, and then dies having never really lived.” This signifies that
individuals don’t priorities their mental health to earn money. Some even
work 24 hours a day or seven days a week.

As we spend days shuttling between hospital and home, putting our body
through one test another, trying to find out what has gone wrong, we are
forced to remember that ‘Health is indeed Wealth; let us take out 5 minutes
every day and do any free hand exercise, yoga anywhere for healthy life and
Nation.
In earlier day’s life was very simple. People worked for a stipulate time, often
walked everywhere, ate more homemade food, did household works, and
enjoyed a healthy balance in life. Health is so important for a healthy and
pure Nation.
· It improves self-image.
· It enhanced social life.
· It increases opportunities to make new friends.
· It increases opportunities to share an activity with friends or family
members.
· Increased productivity
· Increased physical capabilities
· Less frequent injuries
· Improved immunity to minor illnesses

Along with physical fitness, a good mental state is also essential for good
health, mental health means the emotional and psychological state of an
individual. The best way to maintain good mental health is by staying
positive, and meditating.

Cleanliness also has a major role to play in maintaining good health. Taking a
bath every day, washing hands, brushing twice a day, changing clothes, clean
home daily, etc. are important habits to maintain good health.
A clean environment is essential for human health and well-being.
It is important to maintain a healthy relationship with everyone around us as
well as with our own selves. The greatest source of happiness is spending
quality time with loved ones. Hence, it is very important to spend time with
our friends and family. This not only keeps our mental health sound but also
fuels us with energy and good habits to maintain our physical and spiritual
health.

Active people, Healthy Nation is a national initiative led by CDC to help 27


million Americans become more physically active by 2027. Increased
physical activity can improve health, quality of life, and reduce health care
cost.

Healthy people are the backbone of a healthy nation. When a society has
healthy citizens, it can function efficiently. Here are some way to describe
how healthy people make a healthy nation.

· Economic Stability: healthy people contribute to a stable economy.


They are more productive and can work longer hours. Which reduces
absenteeism and increases productivity. When people are healthy, they can
contribute more to their families, communities, and society.
· Reduced Healthcare Costs: when people are healthy, they require fewer
medical bills. A healthy nation is able to save on healthcare costs, which can
then be used to fund other priorities.
· Increased Life Expectancy: Healthy people live longer, which translates
to a larger workforce that can contribute to the growth and development of a
nation. A healthy nation leads to a prosperous economy in the long run. This
is because people have more time to work, earn and contribute to society.
· Enhanced Social Development: healthy people are play role an actively
every fields in society. Healthy citizens can help promote peace, tolerance,
and collaborative society.

The easy way to live healthy life:- regular yoga and meditation practice,
eating a balance diet, a healthy diet can help reduce the risk of developing
chronic diseases. Drink lots of water, coconut water, juice this can maintain
body temperature, getting enough sleep is essential for maintaining good
health. Getting regular check-up helps us to stay healthy. Minting good
hygiene prevent infections and keep healthy, expends some times for hobbies
and relaxation engaging in pleasurable activities and taking time to relax can
improve our overall well-being.

All the above, in conclusion- we are so lucky to have Life, human life is very
precious thing only once we can get birth in this beautiful and wonderful
earth.
Healthy people make for a healthy nation by contributing to economic
stability reduced healthcare costs increased social development government
and societies must invest in healthcare, nutrition, and education to ensure that
citizen led healthy lives.
Health is wealth because if we are not healthy then all our wealth, fame and
power can bring no enjoyment. Keeping fit and healthy is indeed not an
option but a necessity. That’s why we can say,
“HEALTH IS WEALTH” “HEALTHY PEOPLE HEALTHY NATION”
