AC deep service includes – filter, drain tray, indoor outdoor coil cleaning with
chemical, air “or” water pressure & inspection of electrical controls.
Note: Indoor coil cleaning will be clean if it’s accessible and reachable without
cutting gypsum ceiling and without removing blower & motor. Gypsum &
painting charges will be sent after the inspection.
Note: Evaporator coil will not be remove for above work.

Cover and protect furniture.
Thorough inspection of air ducts.
Removal of dirt, debris, and contaminants.
Cleaning and sanitization of air ducts through special Duct Cleaning
Machines.

Payment Terms:
Payment will be 80% in advance and 20% on completion of work.
Payment would be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit/Credit Cards or Online transfer by
favoring of Domus Plus Technical Services LLc.
Domus Plus Technical Service LLC will be charging 5% VAT on all prices in line with FTA
Guidelines.
General Terms & Conditions:
1. Customer agrees that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.

2. The Customer must notify Domus Plus of their acceptance of the quote within ten days of the
date on the quote by means of a purchase order by email, phone call, text message unless an
expiry date is specifically noted on the quote in which event the expiry date on the quote takes
precedence.
3. Dumos Plus will not accept any damages caused by the materials provided by the client.
4. If customer want to postpone, delay or don’t want to have the services they must inform Domus
Plus 24 hours before the service schedule if they will fail to do it cancellation fee will be applied.
5. NO retention and NO warranty/guaranty of above maintenance service/work.
6. If the client is unsatisfied with any Domus Plus Professional, a written explanation is required.
7. All appointments will be scheduled during Domus working hours 9am-6pm Saturday to Friday.
8. Completion of work: one to two working days.
9. Material delivery: one working days.
10. Material delivery could be affected due to lockdown in UAE (it’s closed due to COVID-19).
11. The customer is responsible to obtain and provide access, services, facilities, permits, approvals
or licenses as may be required to perform the work.
12. Security, Access, Service charges and approval charges of community will be charged to the client.
13. Customer is responsible to provide electricity & water to perform the above services.
14. If Primo is requested to carry out additional services, these will be deemed as a variation and
quotation will be adjusted accordingly.
15. Service schedule dates are flexible within 6working days of dates specified. Confirmation
required two days in advance of next service.
16. All customers will be scheduled on a first-come-first served basis.
