Installing VNISH firmware without using an SD card.


ATTENTION: This method only works when migrating from Bitmain
firmware to Vnish.
Download the toolkit program:
Windows: https://vnish-firmware.com/win_toolkit.zip

Maс: https://vnish-firmware.com/mac_toolkit.zip

Next, create a folder on drive C and call it VNISH_OFFICIAL-NAND.


Download the firmware to the VNISH_OFFICIAL-NAND folder for your
ASIC model(s) and control board from the section INSTALLATION IN
NAND WITHOUT USING SD CARD on the website: https://vnish-
firmware.com/en/

LAUNCH THE PROGRAM toolkit

1. Set the desired IP range, click on "Network ranges".

2. Specify the IP range of the miners and click «Scan» , «Select ips».
3. If the password is standard, we leave everything as it is, if the
password has been changed, open the Toolkit settings and enter
the password in the marked field

4. Next open the «Configure miners» menu.


5. Select the required asics for flashing and click on the"Install
firmware

6. indicate the PREVIOUSLY SAVED FOLDER VNISH_OFFICIAL-


NAND where the files with the firmware are located. Enter the
name of the firmware in the “Firmware name” line
VNISH_OFFICIAL-NAND. Specify the current version 1.2.5-alpha4
or later and click “Install firmware”.

6. A status bar will appear where you can track the firmware
process. After it disappears, you can configure it via the web
interface, after clearing the browser cache (Ctrl+F5).
Note: if a library availability error occurs when opening the Toolkit:
