This letter is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, dated September x, 2011. By letter, dated September x, 2011, you were informed that in order for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to process your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request you needed to agree, in writing, to pay for any fees associated with your request or provide information in support of a fee waiver. We also informed you that if we did not receive the requested information, FHFA would consider your FOIA request withdrawn. To date FHFA has not heard from you either to agree to pay fees or to provide information to support your request for a fee waiver. Consequently, pursuant to FHFA FOIA regulation 12 CFR Part 1202.6(b), your FOIA request is withdrawn. Your FOIA request is releasable to the public under subsequent FOIA requests. In responding to these requests, FHFA does not release personal information, such as home or email addresses and home or mobile telephone numbers which are protected from disclosure under FOIA Exemption 6 (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(6)).
