Standard Essay Outline
Writing an essay on the topic of "Standard Essay Outline" can be both challenging and rewarding.
The difficulty lies in the need to strike a balance between creativity and adherence to a structured
format. While the topic might seem straightforward, the challenge arises from the necessity to
provide comprehensive information about the standard essay outline while maintaining clarity and
coherence in the writing.
Firstly, crafting an introduction that captures the reader's attention and sets the tone for the essay
requires careful consideration. It involves introducing the significance of understanding a standard
essay outline and its role in effective communication. The challenge is to make this section engaging
and informative without revealing too much, leaving room for the subsequent development of the
essay.
The body of the essay is where the real intricacy comes into play. Each paragraph should delve into a
specific aspect of the standard essay outline, from the introduction and thesis statement to the body
paragraphs and conclusion. Balancing depth and breadth can be challenging, as the writer needs to
provide enough information to convey a thorough understanding without overwhelming the reader
with excessive details.
Transitioning between different components of the standard essay outline while maintaining a logical
flow is another difficulty. Each point should seamlessly connect to the next, guiding the reader
through the essay's structure without causing confusion.
Moreover, ensuring that the essay is not merely an enumeration of facts but an engaging piece of
writing requires a skillful approach. The challenge is to present information in a way that is both
informative and captivating, encouraging the reader to stay engaged throughout.
The conclusion poses its own set of challenges. Summarizing the key points while leaving a lasting
impression requires finesse. It is essential to reinforce the importance of understanding and
implementing a standard essay outline without sounding repetitive or redundant.
In conclusion, writing an essay on the topic of "Standard Essay Outline" demands careful planning, a
deep understanding of the subject matter, and effective communication skills. Despite its challenges,
successfully navigating through these complexities can result in a well-crafted and informative piece.

Workplace Romance
SEXUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE Licresha Pierce Strayer University Professor
Honore Workplace romance exists when two members of the same organization develop
a relationship with mutual attraction. Individuals who develop workplace romances may
cause damages to morale and productivity. However companies are still confused
whether or not they should interfere in the romantic relationship. Many companies are
trying to figure out what department should get involved and what policies should be
set and should there be set guidelines? There are pros and cons to developing a
relationship with a co worker. Some advantages would be to motivate employees,
improve teamwork, communications and cooperation. Some disadvantages would be

CRA is a vague area and it can be one person s word against the other when it goes sour.
Ethical principles are based on the individual or group and what they think is right or
wrong. What may seem right to some maybe wrong to others. So companies need to
keep in mind the different beliefs. There is also a right to privacy, so by implementing
a CRA it should be clear. Nonfraternization policies Having clear policies that govern
behaviors and relationships acceptable in the workplace is the first step employers
should take to control dangerous workplace romances (Lieber 2008). There are
different types of nonfraternization policies. Some employees ban on any dating in the
workplace. They are not legally enforced because they are considered overbroad.
Another policy prohibits supervisors from dating and employee because of the power
between the two may cause the employee to feel pressured to start or stay in the
relationship and finally the most common and most recommended policy prohibits
supervisors from dating subordinates who are in the supervisor s direct chain of
command. Ethical behavior should be considered when allowing workplace romance. I
think from an employer s perspective they have to consider certain things such as
respecting a person s moral principles such as honesty, fairness, equality, respecting the
dignity, diversity and the rights of other people. Being ethical means doing the right thing
in any situation.

Why, a gay couple not be allowed to participate in the ultimate expression of love a
marriage? However, the idea of gay marriage has not gained acceptance in this country.
Americans, like all human beings, are naturally resistant to change. Humans are
especially resistant to change when it has shoved down their throats, which is what
many see it done by the liberal courts nowadays. As we have seen with blacks quest for
civil rights, change must come gradually over time; otherwise, unrest and further
division created. In addition, the history of gay marriage spans decades, even
centuries of undocumented ceremonies and commitments. Denmark became a
trailblazing country, leading the way for the concept of registering same sex couples
in what we know as a civil union. This pioneering country voted on a law to register
domestic partnership of gay couples on May 26, 1989. (Bennett, 1996) The law went
into force on October 1 1989.The initially challenge is an ethical one. Gay couples
want the same rights as heterosexual couples, and by classic reciprocity principles, this
is something all citizens can understand. ( The gay marriage, 2004) These striking times
mark history but also make changes in how the world viewed and operated by society.
What is especially noteworthy about this American trend is the degree to which it is
exceptional on the world scene. At a time
Monument To Mosby s Men
Monument #1: Monument to Mosby s Men:
Confederate Colonel John Singleton Mosby was quite the character. Known as the Gray
Ghost , his strategy of rapid military assaults against Union troops proved deadly
effective (Wheeler, thewashingtonpost.com, 2012). He sported a plumed hat and scarlet
lined grey cloak as he directed his troops, Mosby s Rangers, straight from the saddle
(Wheeler, thewashingtonpost.com, 2012). Their mission was to harass and discourage
Union soldiers in stationed Virginia (Wheeler, thewashingtonpost.com, 2012). Their
success was blatantly obvious as they killed hundreds of Union soldiers during their
many conflicts (Wheeler, thewashingtonpost.com, 2012).
But even the best can make mistakes. Mosby s Men Monument, located in Prospect Hill
Cemetery in Front Royal, Virginia, serves are a remembrance to those who died under
Mosby s command during the war (Hawks, shenanadoah.stonesentinials.com, n.d.).
Specifically, this stone obelisks commemorates six soldiers who were captured by Union
General Wesley Merritt s Calvary during an engagement in Chester Gap, Virginia, in 1864
(n.a., vaudc.org, n.d.). Four of the Confederate soldiers were immediately shot without
trial in front of civilians (n.a., vaudc.org, n.d.). The remaining two were offered freedom
in exchange for information on Mosby s headquarters; upon refusal, they were hanged
(n.a., vaudc.org, n.d.).
In 1899, the monument honoring the men was erected by the surviving members of

Funerals, Ruals And Funerals
Funerals and the accompanying ceremonies and rituals are as diverse as the people
who perform them. I was raised Roman Catholic and have had first hand experience
with the tradition of receiving the Sacrament of Last Rights before a person dies. When
I was seven years old, I had an emergency appendectomy that was done laparoscopically.
Ten days after surgery, I became very ill with a high fever, vomiting, and intense
abdominal pains. My mother rushed me to the hospital where I was admitted and
taken to the operating room for an emergency surgery. While in surgery, they
discovered I had a surgical infection in my lower right quadrant. They ran my bowel
and found a lump in my mesentery, but they could not biopsy it because it was too
close to a major artery. After surgery, I was recovering well and looking forward to
going home. On my third day post operation, I was difficult to rouse and eventually
became unresponsive with my heart rate dropping to eight beats per minute. I was
rushed to the Intensive Care Unit where I was given Last Rights by the hospital priest
because they did not think I was going to make it through the night. I do not remember
receiving the sacrament that night, but I do remember the second time. Things got a
little better, but then I started hemorrhaging from my nose. That, combined with my
blood loss from surgery, resulted in me needing a blood transfusion. I received Last
Rights for a second time after the central line was placed. I remember the priest
making a cross on my forehead and the palms of my hand. He prayed and blessed my
soul so that if I were to die, I could go to Heaven. I remember feeling a sense of calm,
but that could have been the narcotics. The idea of blessing someone before deathto
ensure that they get to heaven is interesting to me. It almost seems as though you can
live your life as sinfully as you want to but when the time comes, if you confess and
repent, then all is forgiven. That is quite odd to me. It is interesting to have had Last
Rights twice and still be alive. It makes me wonder if God decided it was not my time.
Despite the priest s best attempts to bless my soul for the journey to heaven. Funeralcosts
are something that I do not think I will ever

Criminal Case Interview Paper
On November 4, 2016 I was fortunate enough to interview Sergeant Dave Vitera. He
was born in Nebraska and has lived here in this state for all of his life. He has three
children, two that are in college. Sergeant Vitera is an investigator for the Grand
Island Police Department. He says that ever since he was a little kid he would always
stand up for the underdog. He has always had a great sense from right and wrong.
When he went to the University of Kearney at Nebraska he took criminal justice
electives in which he enjoyed. Sergeant Vitera holds a bachelor s degree in criminal
justice and a minor in psychology. He also went to graduate school for counseling and
psychology for one year. That is how his interests in this field begun and became... Show

He says one of the challenges that they face is that since we are a very diverse city that
sometimes it is hard to communicate with each other because of the different languages
spoken. Another thing that is a challenge is that many people come from different
countries who have different cultures, traditions, and religions these challenges could
be a challenge because they do not want to offend people. He also mentioned that our
community is all eyes and ears because there is not enough officers to be everywhere
all the time, so they have to build a good relationship with our community so they can
help them out. Sergeant Vitera says, I have always enjoyed working here for this
department. They are all good working people. I am proud to call Grand Island my
The Dangers Of Child Beauty Pageants
Child Beauty pageants have been around for about fifty five years already and are
becoming more and more common throughout society. There have been many TV shows
such as Toddlers and Tiaras in which young children are judged based on their beauty,
personality, and talent. Although some people might think that childbeauty pageants are
beneficial because they teach discipline, patience, and improve self confidence, in reality,
they give children an unrealistic idea about what a perfect body is and often lead to an
insecure future. These pageants often have high standards that children have to live up
to. Many psychologists have stated that these girls could often develop emotional
problems because their figures might not develop into what
