Subject: Request for arranging Maharashtra State Transport Bus for
NSS Camp.
Respected Sir/Madam,
The NSS Unit of our Shailendra Education Society’s Arts, Commerce and
Science College is conducting its annual NSS Special Residential Camp from
Monday, 11th December 2023 to 17th December 2023 at SES Campus, Belkhadi,
Kaman, Vasai. We request you to arrange for the Maharashtra State Transport Bus for
travelling of our volunteers on below dates for the same.
11th December 2023 – Vasai Depot to Kaman Village – 11 am
17th December 2023 – Kaman Village to Vasai Depot – 11.30am
Kindly provide the contact details of the personal who should be our contact
personal for the arrangement. Your organization has cooperated by helping us arrange
transport last year. We request you to do the same this year too.
