IIM AMRITSAR
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar is the 15th IIM set up by the Ministry of Human
Resource Development with the support of the Government of Punjab.
Being located in Amritsar, the land of the Golden Temple and Wagah Border, the Institute
benefits from the enriching experience offered by this holy city. The Institute is currently run
in the Punjab Institute of Technology Building, 5 km away from the railway station and 10 km
from the airport. Its permanent campus will be constructed about 7 km from the ISBT and
8.5 km from the railway station, making it easily accessible.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with consistent academic performance.
Familiarity with high-school mathematics and good oral and written communication skills.

Attendance

Campus Immersion
There will be 2 days of on-campus learning towards the end of the programme at IIM Amritsar.
The in-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point of time. These conditions pertain
to the pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the on-campus module is not confirmed due to
COVID-19 situation, the same will be included in the total number of online sessions.

PhD IIT Kharagpur
Dr. Vartika Dutta is an Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and
Human Resources here at IIM Amritsar. She has completed her PhD in Management
from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
Her thesis was in the area of Educational leadership. Before joining IIM Amritsar, she was
working as an Assistant Professor at the Goa Institute of Management in the area of OB
& HR. She comes with rich work experience in training and consulting and has held sig-
nificant positions in the training and development vertical of reputed financial and skill
development firms.
She has conducted numerous management development programs and workshops
for the working executives in the area of leadership, understanding and managing self
and managing and retaining talent in turbulent times and persuasive communication.
She is a trained Happiness Coach and is working in the area of creating positive and
happy workplaces. She was instrumental in helping IIM Amritsar to create a significant
impact in the space of Executive Education in India by designing and launching several
short and long term programs for working professionals.
She has research publications in refereed international journals and has presented her

Participants will be advised by professional counselors over
