A Note Concerning Satanism And The Numinously-Sinister Way
With the recent publication of texts such as Defining Satanism, and A Short
History and Ontology of Satan, the public distribution of ONA texts (MSS)
relating to and detailing Traditional Satanism which began in 94 yf (1983 CE)
with The Black Book of Satan, Exoteric Principles, is now complete.
Collected together, these works - some of which are included in the list below -
thus represent a valuable resource for students of the Occult in general, and
for those interested in, and/or desiring to practice, Traditional Satanism.
As briefly explained in the ONA FAQ (v.1.09) dated 120 yf, this Traditional
Satanism is still part of the Order of Nine Angles, albeit one linked to the
current Aeon, and which Aeon has at least two or more centuries of life until
our new Dark Aeon emerges in a practical manner, manifest - for example - as
our new Dark or Sinister Aeon will be, exoterically, in such things as tribes and
clans replacing Old Aeon nation-States and in our The Law of the
Sinister-Numen becoming the basis for the law of such new societies as will
arise following the chaos of the coming interregnum.
Thus, for the next fifty years, or so, such Traditional Satanism still possesses
importance and value - both exoterically and esoterically - and still has a role
to play in terms of The Sinister Dialectic, in terms of countering the Magian
ethos (which ethos includes the Nazarene worldview), in gaining adherents of
the right character, and in producing Sinister Adepts.
However, as the cognoscenti of the sinister know, the ONA is, now, publicly
much more than just a representative of Traditional Satanism - having now

entered the third stage of its Aeonic strategy, and which stage is manifest in
such works of ours as The Law of the Sinister-Numen.
Prospective adherents thus now have a choice, for they can choose to follow
the way of Traditional Satanism, as outlined by us, or they can choose to follow
the progressive Way of The Numinously-Sinister (aka The Sinister-Numen)
consisting as this does of (1) Sinister Tribes and (2) the way of individuals
Adepts and nexions Presencing The Dark sans the causal abstractions of the
Old Aeon, and which causal abstractions include most Occult symbolism and
most Occult rituals, especially those involving the use of spoken words. It
should be understood that there is no conflict between these two approaches:
between our Traditional Satanism and our progressive, numinously-sinister,
Way.
For, esoterically, both ways - that of Traditional Satanism, and the newer way
of Sinister Tribes and Presencing The Dark - are the same, and will be so for
the next century or so, although it is expected that many of those embarking
upon the way of Traditional Satanism (from whatever personal motive and for
whatever personal reason) will and quite naturally eventually progress (after
some years) toward the newer way, and, in a sense, the way of Traditional
Satanism, and the ONA itself, has been constructed, or presenced by us, in
order to facilitate and even encourage this.
However, over the next fifty or more years, it is expected, and indeed
esoterically correct, that the emphasis shift from Traditional Satanism to The
Way of The Sinister-Numen, and this will occur naturally, in its own sinister
manner and in its own species of causal Time, given the sinister-numinosity of
this newer, progressive, Way and given how this Numinously-Sinister Way will
be presenced and evolved by those of and associated with the ONA.
