/JG 52, Zeltweg air base, Austria or Neubiberg air base, Germany, May 1945
Apparently as the result of damage to this aircraft, the fin and rudder were replaced with that from another aircraft. Photographic evidence suggests that
these may have come from a G-14/U4. The markings of the previous owner were painted over, as were the yellow fuselage band and the yellow V on the
bottom of the left wing. These yellow markings belonged to Luftflotte 4, and their use was discontinued by an order dated March 7th, 1945. They were replaced
by a 50 cm yellow band around the nose of the aircraft. The GIGI inscription probably refered to a girl.
