1. This document is a flight duty period and flight time limit extension reporting form for an Air Algerie Boeing 737-800 flight. 2. It contains details of the planned and actual flight duty periods and flight times for the crew members, as well as the maximum allowed times according to the flight duty time limitations scheme. 3. *WOCL (Window Of Circadian Low) falls between 0200LT and 0559LT for Flight Crew. When FDP starts in the WOCL, the
maximum FDP stated in the table above shall be reduced by 100% of its encroachment up to a maximum of two hours. When the
FDP ends in or fully encompasses the WOCL, the maximum FDP stated in the table shall be reduced by 50 % of its encroachment.
F DP/FTL Extension:
i. Flight time can be extended by maximum of 01:30Hrs.for Flight Crew.
ii. FDP can be extended by maximum of 01:00Hr for Flight Crew, provided the rest period is augmented by 02:00Hrs before and
after FDP, or 04:00Hrs after FDP.
iii. FDP can be extended by maximum of 02:00Hrs (03:00Hrs in case of reinforced crew) for Flight Crew, in case of unforeseen
conditions occur in the last sector.
iv. The above is subject to a cumulative limit of maximum of 02:00Hrs in any 7 days period, for Flight Crew.
v. FDP Extension is not authorized if it encroaches the WOCL by more than 02:00Hrsduring any duty of more than 2 sectors.
vi. Within Permitted FDP/FT Extension Limits: YES/NO
