The Indian pipe industry is among the top three manufacturing hubs after Japan and

Europe. however the penetration level of pipelines in oil & gas transportation is low at 32% in

India as compared to 59% in USA 79% globally. The pipeline network of India for oil & gas

transport stood at 30,543 km in April 2014. Sanitation level are also lower at 33% in India

compared to 901% in Sri Lanka and 100% in France . of 140 mn hectors of cultivatable land in

India . only 40% of the land is irrigated . the low penetration levels represent the huge scope for

growth for the industry.

The industry is highly raw material (RM) Intensive with RM cost accounting for more

than 70% of the total cost for steel and PVC pipe companies. These companies depend heavily

The PP-H pipe we offer stands for polypropylene which is thermoplastic from

pipe. It is an advanced polymer withstanding high temperature upto 140 deg. The PP-H pipes
manufactured can be installed without FRP coating / lining, thus decreasing the total project cost.
The raw material used is imported from world renowned Lyond Basse Germany.

From the object a concern have may departments and may process. All are depend upon
the buying and selling process. The Sri Lakshmi pipes and industries is good concern in pipe
market in Tamilnadu. They are having very, Team work, Co – operative with strength. Sales,
Service, Spares are very important parts of the one pipes market concern. A systematic and
contribution work may give the success in any field.

CONCLUSION

First of all lot of thanks to General Manager gave permission for Institution for
Institutional training to the participating during the period.

It can be conclude hereby saying that the institutional training which is went from this
organization gave a good experience and good knowledge of the organization structure and work
is done and outside of the organization.

I will thanks to all department staffs who are helped me in the institutional training they
encouraged me and group members gave all the organization.
