PURA-PAK is construction accordance to EN779:2012 standard.

Advantages of PURA-PAK
PURA-PAK is design to be the main fine dust filtration filter used in HVAC system. This filter able to provide wide
range of efficiency selection from M5 to F9 accordance to EN779-2012. PURA-PAK is able to be installed in the
ventilation system for building, clean room, hospital and other production facilities that required high indoor air
quality. The filter is constructed with high quality synthetic medias which comply the highest hygienic and safety
quality standards. The medias are able to be constructed into different sizes and bag depths to suit the
requirements of the application. PURA-PAK comes with both gal- vanized steel and aluminum extrusion frame,
which both rigid and durable frames enable the filter pockets to withstand the high air flow in the AHUs.

High dust holding capacity

High dust loading capacity is also one of the best features for PURA-PAK bag filter. With the big pockets design,
the pocket filter able to capture and store 2.5 times weight of dust compare to other filter such as mini-pleated
medium filter. This fea- ture enable pocket filter to have longer life span.
Sizeable for any air flow
The flexibilities of PURAK-PAK bag filter’s construction make it one of the preferable filters in the world of HVAC.
PURA-PAK can be easily achieved any air flow by increasing or decreasing the numbers of pockets and pocket
depth. PURA-Pak comes with the design of minimum 3 pockets and it can go up to maximum of 14 pockets for
full size filter. Besides, the pocket depth can range from minimum 380mm to maximum of 900mm to suit any air
flow requirements.
Light weight & space saving.

PURA-PAK bag filters are more light weight compare to its equivalent series. A full size pocket filter with
3400CMH air flow is just 2kg, compare to its equivalent series such as aluminum separator medium filter and
rigid box medium filters, which weights around 5kg. This feature gives pocket filter is much easier for handling
during replacement. The PURA_PAK bag filter is the only type filter that the size able to be reduced during
storage. A 630mm pocket depth filter only required 50mm depth space during storage. This cause pocket filter is
more economic for storage and transportation. For example, a standard full size filter packaging is able to store
6pcs of pocket filters compare to only 1 piece of filter for its equivalent series.

Advantages of HEPATEC-I
HEPATEC-I can bear high load capacity and may be used to absorb suspended matter such as viruses, germs, toxic dusts, and
aerosols up to 0.03 micron. The filter is designed with corrugated aluminum separator in order increase the durability over
the high flow turbulence air. These two characteristics enable HEPATEC-I to be installed in the AHU of micro electron- ics and
pharmaceutical factories that required high volume of clean air for their production. With the latest technology of filter
media from Europe, HEPATEC-I able to meet the high performance of HEPA filter with low resistance, further meet the ener-
gy saving standards
Durable to turbulence air
With the rigid construction of the filter frame and support the aluminum separator, the HEPATEC-I is able to perform well and
maintain its efficiency even under the turbulence air flow circumstances. Therefore, this filter is highly recommend to be in-
stalled in AHU where high and turbulence air flow normally appear.
High loading capacity
Deep pleat and big separation between filter media enable HEPATEC-I to load more dust compare to other series of HEPA
filter. Furthermore, with the support of the aluminum corrugated separator, the filter media is able to perform consistently
even with high load of dust. This feature also prolong the life span of HEPATEC-I.
