Manasasancharare

This musical composition is set in the raga Saama. The lyrics praise Brahman, the supreme being. The first line asks the mind to undertake a pilgrimage in Brahman. The first verse describes Brahman's hair adorned with peacock feathers and his radiant cheeks. The second verse says he plays with Lakshmi and is like a wish-fulfilling tree for devotees. The third verse says ascetics delight in his moon-like face as partridges. The last line asks the mind to find fulfillment in Brahman's music from his flute that fills the universe.
