 How did you feel after employing your classroom routines and

establishing your procedures in the classroom/ remote learning?

 After employing my classroom routines and establishing my


procedure in the classroom/remote learning. I feel at ease on that
moment where I’m sure this will be the start of having a good
classroom management in order to have meaningful learning
experience inside the classroom. But there was a circumstances
that I feel discourage when I saw some students does not
internalize their part as a student.

 How did your students respond to your classroom routines and


procedures?

 As what I noticed to their reactions, they are agreeing of having


this classroom routines and procedures, where I saw to them
excitement to follow and practice it in the class even though some
are not following it. But before that most of the students showed
deeper interest in a way of asking questions for some clarification
about the routines and procedures we have.

 What was the feedback of your Resources Teacher on your


classroom routines and procedures?

 Some of the routines I have, I consult it to our resource teacher if


it is okay, she agree to us that is good. Also she add that having
icebreaker or energizer in the class can reduce the time for the
discussion so they skip it because the allotted time for the lesson
is limited which is good only for 1 hour. But according to her it is
better to have icebreaker or energizer in the class.

 Was there a change in the classroom environment/ teaching -


learning process after you have implemented your classroom
routines and procedures?

 Yes, I noticed that having the routines and procedures inside the
classroom the class run smoothly, unnecessarily behaviour was
minimize and all action we have in the class are efficience to have
effective learning. Also students are become more organize inside
the class.

 What was the feedback of your resource teacher on your classroom


routines and procedures?

 Some of the routines I have, I consult it to our resource teacher if

Analyze

1) What factors/ conditions prompted you to establish those


classroom routines and procedures?

 The factors that motivated me to established those classroom


routines and procedure are the order on the classroom
environment, unnecessary behaviour that rises in the class, my
expectation to the learners.

2) Was there a marked improvement in classroom management after


employing your classroom routines?

 Yes, the improvement we have after employing my classroom


routine are the following:
 We start the class on a right time
 Everyone are fully prepared which they are guided on what is
needed to do
 I deliver my lesson effectively because no more distraction I
encountered

3) Did the teaching- learning process improved? Justify your answer.

 Yes, having these routines and procedures in the class, learners


becomes more aware on what they are going to do where it’s a big
help to have a good start on the class everyday, so time was not
wasted. Also it teach students to have self disciplined like on how
to prepared on the class, asking with good manner and being
organized from the tasked they have. Those sets of the routines
and procedures poster good classroom management where a big
help to us to run the class smoothly and have a meaningful
teaching learning experience because teacher can deliver the
lesson proper while the students engage on the class.

Reflect

What insights have you gained while doing this learning episode?

 Doing these episode, I have remembered my all teachers from


elementary, high school and in the college, Where I realized now
that all routines and procedures they employ to us is very
important in order to maintain the good flow of the class, and good
behaviour, So as a future teacher while thinking these routines
and procedures that I employ in my class. I learned that I need to
think deeper, know what expectation should I have to my students
for that I can develop appropriate routines and procedure in the
class.

OBSERVE

1) The problems/ challenges I encountered in establishing my


classroom routines

 Some of the students afraid to participate on the recitation even


their names are called by their teacher
 Difficulties on checking of attendance

REFLECT

2) I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by

 Selecting appropriate strategy to make sure that the students are


participating and followed the routines that employed in the class.
These strategy like modeling, giving rewards and praise them
about what they done for them to become more motivated in the
class.

PLAN

3) Some strategies/ ways which I can employ to improve my


classroom are:

 As their teacher I’m their model so to ensure they know how to


follow and do routines and procedure we have. I need to model it
by showing to class like for example arrive the class five minutes
before the time so that they will learn to manage their time.
 Praise students can motivate them to perform better on the class

4) Based on my answer in nos 1-3) the possible title of my action


research on this episode is

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MODELING ON THE ROUTINES AND


PROCEDURES TO IMPROVE THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LEARNERS
SPECIFICALLY ON HAVING TIME MANAGEMENT.
