Introduction:

Proposed Company will be a sister concern of Royal Homes Ltd. A project of Duplex
houses will be launched under the proposed company. Location of this project is
spectacular. It is situated in the most secured location at Khadimpara, Sylhet. It is located
near the Sylhet-Tamabil Highway. The area is known as flood and pollution free zone.
Sylhet City is expanding towards cantonment area. After opening of Shahporan bridge
and bi-pass road this area becomes a junction of Sylhet Division. The project is facilitated
with cantonment school, mosque, madarasa, graveyard at its nearby location.
Cantonment and RAB Head Quarter have made the area secured for living. A number of
developer companies have already initiated modern housing projects in this area. The
proposed project site is the gate way of Jaflong, Beanibazar, Golapganj and the Asian
Highway. As a result the project bears extreme good merits for inauguration and
expansion.

Purpose:

The project has an eye catching sight and is likely to be a model project in the Greater
Sylhet region. This endeavor is to demonstrate the total commitment of the Company to
the valued customers. Initially the Company decides to build up about 50-60 Duplex
Houses with all modern facilities maintaining European Standard , which includes
electricity, gas, drainage, wide road & security services and many more. All houses will be
made in the same standard and design with the help of RHL’s best planners, architects,
engineers. All planning work, programs and schedules are aided by computerized
information systems to achieve the highest standards of accuracy. The completion of
project will not exceed a period of 2-3 years.

Risk:

The prevailing research and trend suggest that property business in Bangladesh is very
much secured. Changes of laws and taxation system can affect the profit margin but this
will be very minimum. But the business is very much profitable and it brings quick return.
