General Departure
As your departure date approaches, we want to ensure that
you have a smooth and stress-free journey. Below are some
important reminders and tips:
Travel Documents: Double check that you have your
passport, e-visa, green card (if applicable) & your e-ticket
Luggage: You are allowed 2 pieces of luggage (max 23
kilos each) and a carry-on. Make sure to pack your
essential items in your carry-on
Medications: Pack an adequate supply of any prescription
medications
Arrival Time: Arrive at the airport well in advance of
your flight's departure time to account for security
checks and any unexpected delays. Estimate of 4 hours
prior to your flight departure time
Identification: Please wear your DST personal ID at all
time, specially on the arrival

To provide peace of mind and convenience during your
international arrival and beyond, our dedicated airport team
will meet and greet you upon your international arrival. We
will provide guidance, answer some of your questions, and
assist you with transportation arrangements to your
designated hotel.
Hotel check-in
To make your hotel arrival and check-in experience as smooth,
efficient, and pleasant as possible, our staff will assist you
in expediting your check-in process by preparing the key cards
in advance, assisting you with your luggage handling,
providing essential information about the hotel’s amenities,
services and answer some of your general questions about the
surroundings. Overall, the goal is to minimize the stress and
uncertainty that can come with international travelers,
ensuring smooth transitions from the aircraft to your room

General Departure info
As you are preparing for your departure, we want to share
some important reminders and tips:
Tawaf Al Wada: It is not mandatory for Umrah. However,
If you are planning to perform your last Tawaf prior to
your departure, you should plan to do it about 10 hours
prior to your flight departure time
Double check your belongings: Please make sure you
don’t leave anything behind and check if you have a
balance to be paid for your room service
Meeting in the lobby: An average estimate of 6 hours
prior to your flight, you should be in the lobby ready
with your luggage. Our team will contact you for
further instructions
Zamzam Water: Each passport holder will receive one
Zamzam water upon arrival at the airport - prior to
check-in
