➢ Regular matters
1. This labeling machine has the function of single label labeling and double label labeling, which
can be switched manually. Refer to the Operation section for details.
2. The labeling machine is a non-standard equipment, and its operation requires a certain level of
technology. The level of operation affects the efficient use of equipment.
3. The operation of this equipment needs to be carried out in accordance with the instructions in
the manual, or under the guidance of our technicians.
4. This technical manual is dedicated to the high-configuration semi-automatic round bottle
labeling machine (hereinafter referred to as the labeling machine). Its purpose is to guarantee
professional use and adjustment of the device.
➢ Safety matters
1. Dangerous! Be sure to use it with a ground wire to prevent electric shock.
2. Dangerous! Always make sure that the voltage is not overloaded.
3. Be vigilant! The electric box part and the line part can be operated under the guidance of an
electrician.
4. Be vigilant! The rotating parts need special attention to prevent crushing.
➢ Operation authority
· Ensure that only trained and authorized personnel operate, set up and maintain the equipment.
· Only qualified personnel, professionals, and equipment engineers are allowed to complete the
layout.
Operating the machine requires ensuring that:
- The operating individual should be able to work independently and safely;
- the operating individual can repair minor errors that occur during the operation;
——At least two people should be able to guide in the use of the equipment;
➢ Operating environment
Please do not use in the following environments:
· Places with drastic temperature changes
・A place where the humidity is too high and dew is generated

➢ run-in period
This labeling machine is a standard model and has technical requirements for
operators, which requires a running-in period of about one week. During the
running-in period, if the operation of the equipment fails to meet the technical
parameters, it is necessary to report to the manufacturer in time to obtain technical
support. Problems in the adjustment process can basically be obtained from this
manual.
                                Part two Product introduction
➢ Basic use:
It can be used for labeling cylindrical objects of various specifications, such as xylitol, cosmetic round
bottles, etc., equipped with full-circle/half-circle labeling, circular front and back labeling functions;
At the same time, the production batch number and other information are printed.
➢ Scope of application:
1.   Applicable labels: self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive films, electronic supervision codes,
     barcodes, etc.;
2.   Applicable products: products that require labels to be attached to the circumferential surface
     and conical surface;
3.   Application industry: widely used in food, medicine, daily chemical, electronics, hardware,
     plastic and other industries;
4.   Application examples: Oral liquid round bottle labeling, vial labeling, xylitol labeling, shampoo
     bottle labeling, small taper cosmetic bottle labeling, etc.

1. Go around the label in the above direction. When passing through the traction mechanism, first loosen the five-
star handle locked by the traction mechanism, and then lock it after passing through the label.
2. After the label is pulled, pay attention that the label cannot be skewed, and then press and hold the jog 1 switch
in the manual state to make the label go straight automatically.
3. After completing the above two steps, slightly press the label "compression spring" (picture 1 above) to maintain
the tension of the label.
➢    Target measuring electric eye
      Notice:
      a. Pay attention when the label passes through the electric eye position, it must pass through the groove
      induction position, and try not to lean on both sides of the electric eye. Install as shown above.
      b. After the label bottom paper passes through the traction mechanism, the external "five-star handle" must
      be tightened.
      c. The shrapnel under the feeding mechanism should be compressed to ensure that the label is in a tight

      state during the movement process, which is conducive to the correct identification of the label by the
      electric eye.

1. Principle description
The labeling machine takes PLC as the core, receives two signals of starting and marking, and outputs the motion
signal of electromagnetic clutch, motor and electromagnetic valve.
2. Action decomposition
2.1 When the foot switch is closed, the solenoid valve receives the signal, the top pressing mechanism is pressed
down, the motor rotates, and the label-covering roller rotates, which indirectly drives the workpiece to rotate. At
this time, the electromagnetic clutch is released, and the traction shaft is stationary.
2.2 After the workpiece is rotated, the PLC starts the "delayed labeling" program. While the workpiece continues to
rotate, the clutch is closed, the traction mechanism rotates, and the label is peeled off.
2.3.1 In the state of single label, the label signal is detected by the measuring electric eye, the signal is fed back to
the PLC, the clutch is released, and the motor rotation stops after a delay to complete a labeling process.
2.3.2 In the state of double labeling, the first label signal is detected by the measuring sensor, the signal is fed back
to the PLC, the clutch is released, and the motor continues to rotate. When a label is placed, the measuring electric
eye detects the second label signal, the motor stops after a delay, and a labeling process is completed.

Man-machine interface operation
3.1 Main screen: You can click on this screen to enter various operations and settings
of the device;
3.2 Manual screen:
Jog out of the label: press to peel off the label and out of the label, release to stop;
Single-shot labeling: Each time you press it once, a complete label is issued, which is
used to adjust the length of the label sticking out of the peeling plate during labeling;
Press the top: press the cylinder to press down and do not move, press the cylinder
again to return to the original position;
3.3 Production screen: You can monitor the status of each signal and choose various
labeling methods;
Code meaning:
Pedal start: press to start in pedal mode and automatic object measurement mode;
Single label: single label labeling production mode, after starting the equipment, the
equipment stops after sticking a label on the product to be affixed;
Double-label: Double-label labeling production mode. After the equipment is started,
after the first label is applied to the product to be labeled, the second label is placed
on the product through the time set by the labeling delay, and the device completes
a labeling cycle;
Positioning single label: positioning single label labeling mode; after startup, the
device drives the product to be affixed to rotate, and the positioning electric eye
senses the positioning reference position and then adjusts the product.
Carry out labeling, and stop after completing a label;

Positioning double-label: positioning double-label labeling mode; after startup, the
device drives the product to be rotated, and the positioning electric eye senses the
positioning reference position and then labels the product. label, complete the
equipment stop;
Count reset: the current production count can be reset to zero; (press and hold the
reset key until the production count returns to zero.)
Planned quantity: You can set the output of the labeling products to be produced here.
After the output reaches this number, the equipment will automatically prompt the
production to be enough;
3.4 Online monitoring screen: can monitor the current working status of each signal;
3.5 Parameter setting screen: set various parameters when the equipment
is working
Code meaning:
Labeling delay: refers to the length of time that the device delays labeling
after sensing a labelled product;
Delayed start of re-labeling: refers to the delayed start of the re-labeling
process during equipment labeling work;
Delayed stop of label covering: refers to the stop time of the equipment
covering the label, which is suitable for the large label to be rolled and
covered many times.
Double-label interval: refers to the time between two labels in the double-

label mode of the device, adjust the distance between the double labels.
Stop label 1 label delay: When the position labeling production mode is
specified, when the positioning electric eye detects the positioning and
labeling reference point, the delay time of the label output;
Stop label 2 label delay: refers to the double label production mode, when
the first label is affixed, the second label is issued again the time interval,
which is used to adjust the distance between the 1 label and the 2 label;
Measured object start delay: refers to the length of time that when the
object sensor senses the labelled product in production mode, the delay in
pulling out the label action; It is easy to accidentally hurt the hand when
pressing down. You can increase the start-up time of the test object to
extend the pressing time of the top pressing mechanism.)
Measured object filtering: In the production mode, after the measured
object sensor senses the product signal, it shields the next detected
product signal within the set filtering time to prevent the same product
from detecting multiple signals.
Positioning detection delay: It refers to the delay time of bidding after the
detection sensor detects the positioning point of the product for products
with positioning requirements in the production mode.
Parameter save: save the setting data of the current labeling product, which
is convenient for later recall;
Parameter call: select the product number that has been saved, and call it
directly to enable it;

Current product number NO.: The number of the labeling product, this
equipment can save and call the parameters of 50 kinds of labeling
products;

(2.1 Target detection sensor: used to detect labels
The picture below shows the SICK electric eye. They are generally used to detect
non-transparent labels.

1. Installation
Refer to the packing list and install the labeler as instructed. The whole machine is packaged without
     packing list and can be used directly.
2. Load the label
Loosen the seven-character handle on the tray, remove the side tray, put the label roll on it, and
     then lock the tray (be careful not to clamp too tightly, it is better to drag the label by hand).
3, around the label
Follow the wrapping diagram drawn above to wrap the label around the machine correctly.
4. Debug
In the jog state, observe the change of the electric eye, when the gap between the label and the
     label is out, the electric eye red light is on (indicating the output signal). If the state of the sensor
     is abnormal, please refer to the chapter on sensor adjustment to adjust the sensor.
5. Test run:
In the state of automatic operation, step on the foot switch once to observe the state of the label at
     the position of the peeling plate.
6. Adjustment of the bidding position
1. Observe the position of the peeling plate, and use the jog method to peel off the label by 0~2mm.
     (The product will stick to the next label if the label is too long, and the product will not be able
     to stick to a label if it is too short.)
2. In the case of adjusting the marking length properly, move the detection slot of the electric eye
     to the gap between the label and the label by moving the position of the electric eye. Then,
     switch to the automatic state, step on the foot switch, automatically send the label once, and
     then observe whether the length of the labeling position is appropriate, and make appropriate
     adjustments.
3. The length of the label can be achieved by moving the electric eye frame up and down, moving
     up, detecting the label in advance, and shortening the peeling length of the label. Moving down,
     the detection of the label is delayed, and the label peel length becomes longer.
4. In the adjustment of the double standard, special attention should be paid to the position of the
     electric eye. If the first sticking out of the stripping plate is the positive index, then the electric
     eye should be detected on the positive index. As shown in Figure 1, if the stripping plate is first

      extended It is a back label, the position of the electric eye is shown in Figure 2, and then click
      and jog 2 to adjust the distance between the two labels.

After adjusting the labeling machine according to the above steps, normal labeling can be performed.
9. Shut down
After the labeling is completed, turn off the power in time, and unplug the power socket if it is not used for a
long time.
2. Matters needing attention
1. Correct the tape
1.1 After the label is wound, switch to the manual state, please confirm that the power is turned on, the governor is
on, and then press the "jog" switch to let the traction pull the backing paper to advance about 0.5 meters, the purpose
is to make the backing paper free correct.
1.2. After the backing paper is automatically corrected, we can adjust the limit rings on all rollers and move the limit
rings to both sides of the backing paper. When replacing the label in the future, just place the label directly in the
limit ring. When changing labels of different widths, generally only the limit ring on the right side is moved, and
the other side is used as the reference surface. Generally, it is recommended not to move.
2. Matters needing attention

Part VII Product Maintenance and Care
1. Replace the fuse. This device uses an AC power supply, and a fuse should be used to
prevent overload.
2. After each use, it is necessary to clean up the sundries to ensure the normal use in the
future.
Places to pay attention to when cleaning:
   Do not use cleaning tools that damage the mechanical surface;
   Do not use acid solution.
3. Regular maintenance
          Periodic inspections are required to confirm that the labels are delivered
correctly;
          Depending on the environment, you need to periodically check the machine in order to
maintain the normal operation of the machine;
          Clean up discarded confetti and debris.
4. Maintenance
           The parts of this labeling machine are chrome-plated and have anti-rust function,
but during the placement process, you still need to pay attention to anti-rust. Use anti-
rust oil to spray various stainless steel and iron parts, and gently wipe with a soft

       Part 8 Frequently Asked Questions
one. The labeling position is unstable
1. The belt pressing device may not be pressed tightly, resulting in the loosening of the

   label and the inaccurate detection of the electric eye. Squeeze the label to solve.
2. It is possible that the traction mechanism slips or is not pressed tightly, so that the
   bottom paper cannot be taken away smoothly. It can be solved by pressing the traction
   mechanism. If it is too tight, the label will be pulled out. It is better to be able to
   pull the bottom paper normally. (Usually if the bottom paper is wrinkled when pulled out,
   it should be pressed too tightly)
3. The shape or positioning of the object to be pasted is different. Control product quality.
4. The object to be attached should be placed in parallel with the direction of the label
   (pay attention to whether the product is moving during the labeling process, and the left
   support rod can be appropriately raised a little higher than the right)
5. The object to be attached should rotate smoothly on the labeling station (be careful not
   to touch the peeling plate). When the object is too light, the sticker should be put down
   and the object to be attached should be pressed down;
6. In the double-label state, the single label is output (1) After the single label is output,
   the workpiece keeps rotating because the delay for the second label is not set, and the
   machine is in a state of waiting for the second label to be labeled. (2) After a single
   label is issued, the workpiece stops. It is because there is signal interference (reset
   the electric eye) or the delay control is abnormal (click jog 2 twice, and then click jog
   1 twice)
two. The tape is misaligned
1. The pressure belt device is too tight, causing the label belt to go out of alignment, and
   the pressure belt force can be reduced.
2. Before the automatic operation, the tape correction is not carried out, and the correction
   can be carried out again.
three. Poor quality labeling with air bubbles or wrinkles
1. If the labeling is not complete, the speed of labeling can be reduced.
2. It may be a transparent label, or the label is too soft.
3. Improper adjustment of the gravity of the overlay, it is important to adjust the force of
   the overlay.
4. There is a wrinkle at the beginning of the labeling. It may be that the label is too soft,
   and the label has been bent when it is extended. The position of raising the peeling plate

    is as close to the product as possible.
5. The front and rear of the label are not aligned, adjust the inclination of the support rod
    so that the product can be perpendicular to the extension direction of the label. Adjust
    the inclination of the support rod 2 through 1 and two screws to correct the head-to-tail
    handover error of the label
6. The product moves in the other direction during the labeling process, slightly raising the
support seat on the left side of the support rod.
Four. Device not responding
1. Confirm that there is no problem with the power cord.
2. Confirm whether the fuse next to the input socket is in good condition. If it is burned out, please replace it;
3. It is possible that the wiring inside the electric box is loose, please ask a professional to repair it;
five. Label liner often breaks
1. The pressure belt device is too tight, causing the label belt to go out of alignment, and the pressure belt force can
be reduced.
2. The quality of the label backing paper is poor, or the cut marks are too deep. In this case, the qualified label needs
to be replaced.
3. If the speed of sending the bid is too fast, you can reduce the speed.
4. Pay attention to observe whether the label is scratched during the movement.
six. Continuous labeling, stop labeling out of control
1. Most of the detection electric eyes are not set well, and resetting the electric eyes can solve the problem.
2. The electric eye is not suitable for the detected label, and needs to be replaced with other types of electric eye.

3. The electric eye is damaged and needs to be replaced.
4. Step on the foot switch several times to complete one labeling. The reason is that the sensor signal of the label is
interfered with, and the sensor can be reset.
5. Make sure the label passes through the sensor slot of the sensor.
