1. Liyuan’s advantage in electroplating rectifier:
① Good energy saving effect:
Switching power supply due to the use of high-frequency transformer, the conversion
efficiency is greatly improved, under normal circumstances than the thyristor equipment to
improve the efficiency of more than 10%, load rate of less than 70%, than the thyristor equipment
to improve the efficiency of more than 30%.
② High output stability
Due to the system response speed (microsecond level), for the network power and load
changes have a strong adaptability, the output accuracy can be better than 1%. Switching power
supply has high efficiency and high control precision, which is conducive to improving product
quality.
③ The output waveform is easy to modulate
Due to the high working frequency, its output waveform adjustment relatively low processing
cost, can be more convenient to change the output waveform according to the user process
requirements. This for the work site to improve the efficiency, improve the quality of processing

④ Small size and light weight
The volume and weight of the thyristor electroplating power supply is 1/5-1/10, easy to plan,

2. Metal electroplating：
Gold plating：Gold plated articles have good conductivity, low resistance and high conductivity.
However, due to the high cost of gold, in order to avoid unnecessary waste of gold, affecting the
cost, low power and high precision power supply will be selected in the rectifier
Zinc plating：Because zinc is not easy to change in dry air, so in humid air, the surface can form
a dense zinc carbonate film, which can effectively protect the interior from corrosion. The output
voltage of galvanized power supply is usually about 12V, and the output current varies from
several thousand Amperes.
Copper plating: Copper coatings can be used to increase electrical conductivity. Increase
lubrication performance, prevent local carburizing function, can also be used for a variety of
molds, electroforming and printed circuit boards. The power output is usually about 6V-10V.
Chrome plating ： The thickness of chromium plating is 0.25-0.5μm. The surface chromium
plating can increase the surface hardness, wear resistance and decoration of hardware parts.
Before chrome plating process, surface activation must be ensured to ensure chrome plating
quality. Chrome-plated power supplies are usually in the 12V-15V range.
Hard chrome plating ： The coating thickness of hard chromium plating is generally above
20μm, hard chromium plating has high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The
output voltage of hard chrome-plated power supply is low, about 10V-15V. For plating complex
shapes, polarity conversion power supply can be selected to achieve better electroplating effect.

Nick plating：The hardness of the nickel coating is relatively high, which can improve the wear
resistance of the product surface. In the printing industry, the nickel coating is commonly used to
improve the hardness of the lead surface. The required voltage is usually below 10V.
