• Sign-ups for this term’s extramurals will take place from Wednesday, 17 January 2024 to Friday, 19 January 2024 with the respective teachers.
• This extramural programme for term 1, 2024 will start on Monday, 22 January 2024 and end on Friday, 15 March 2024.
• Pre-season sports must be signed up for and will start at the end of the term, Monday 26 February 2024. For the first 5 weeks netball and soccer
1st team players will be joining athletics track sessions to work on strength and fitness training in preparation for the Pre-season sports.
• Please always wear the correct Waterstone College sports uniform for practices and events.
• Reply slips for sports events need to be returned when stipulated and on time.
• All learners participating in Team Swimming need the following items: • The Team Swimmers need to be capable of the following:
o Waterstone College swimming costume (available at GRIT) o To swim 25m without stopping
