Warm greetings of Prosperity, Peace and Grace!

I am writing to formally request the rescindment of my previously submitted


resignation, dated September 30,2023 and express my sincere desire to continue in my job as
DepEd Teacher.

I extend my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I cited personal
challenges, including undergoing depression, as the primary reasons for my decision to
resign. Upon careful reflection, I have reconsidered this choice and wish to continue working.

Having dedicated the past three years to the department, I have found immense
satisfaction in contributing to our shared objectives. Given the positive experiences I have
encountered, I humbly propose that my resignation be rescinded.

I appreciate your understanding and consideration of my request. I am open to further


discussions to explore how we can collaboratively move forward.
