2.1 Financial Feasibility

The website is a group project and so there is no need for the requirement
required for the actual system, so the cost is lower. It only cost to download the
website’s templates and other general costs. Therefore, this website is only one
convenient website with low cost.

2.2 Technical Feasibility

Job Seeker project is a complete web-based application. The main

technologies and tools that are associated with Job Seeker are HTML, CSS, JSP,
Servlet, MySQL and Diagram tool (Microsoft Project).

Each of the technologies is freely available and the technical skills required
are manageable. Time limitations of the product development and the ease of
implementing using these technologies are synchronized.

Initially the web site will be hosted in a free web hosting space, but for later
implementations it will be hosted in a paid web hosting space with a sufficient
bandwidth.

From these it’s clear that the Job Seeker project is technically feasible.

2.3 Resource and Time Feasibility

(1) Resource Feasibility

Developing a job seeker platform requires a team of developers, designers,

testers, and project managers. Additionally, resources such as hardware, software,
and development tools will be needed.

The development time for a job seeker platform can vary widely
depending on the scope and features. Job Seeker is a small project so it takes
2 months to develop.

So, it’s clear that the Job Seeker project has the require resource feasibility.

2.4 Social / Legal Feasibility

Legal feasibility for a job seeker small project is:

1. Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection laws, such as
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe or the
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States, when
collecting and processing user data.

2. Equal Opportunity: Avoid discrimination in job postings and

recruitment processes based on characteristics such as race, gender,
religion, or disability, to comply with equal opportunity laws.

3. Employment Laws: Consider relevant employment laws and regulations

that may apply to the platform, such as minimum wage requirements or
regulations governing independent contractors.

4. Consumer Protection: Comply with consumer protection laws, such as

providing clear and accurate information about job opportunities and
ensuring fair and transparent practices in job postings and recruitment.

By addressing these legal considerations, a job seeker small
