Wr aech Me Pharma.,Pharma-D,, 5 Years Law courses (only for those students who are notin receipt of stiphend) and last four years of integrated courses in IIT-NUZIVIDS.ILIT-KADAPA for the academic year 2023-24" F id A : SuID) 1) Members who have put in a minimum of one year membership in the Society and continuing to be a Member as on 01.03.2024 are eligible for educational assistance. 2) a) The applicant's Son/Daughter seeking educational assistance should be a student of 1st year/2™ year/3" year/4° year in MBBS, Pharma-D, B.E,, B.Tech, B.VSc, BDS, B.Arch, BHMS, BUMS, BAMS, B.Pharmacy, Ag.Bsc, Bsc(Horticulture) 8.Sc (Nursing) & BPT, M.Tech (only for those students who are ‘ot in receipt of Stighend) MBA..MCA..M-Arch,.M-Pharma,, and § years integrated Law course during the academic year 2023-24, b) Payment of Educational Assistance shall be made for two times for the courses CA, ICWAR CS i.e,, 1* payment on qualifying in Intermediate examination and 2"“payment on qualifying in final ‘examination during the academic year 2023-24, 3) This assistance is given to only one Son/Daughter of the Member during this year. 4) Applications received in the Office ofthe Society on or before 31/03/2024 only shall be taken into account. No extension of due date will be allowed under any circumstances, '5)_ Application should be in the prescribed proforma only. Receipt portion of the application should be signed by the employee (Member of the Society) with due attestation ofthe Unit Officer, 6) The assistance will not be extended by the Society to candidates who availed scholarship ie., educational assistance from APSRTC or other agencies. A certificate to that effect shall be obtained from the Unit Officer/DM as required in the application. However, there will be no objection to grant. Educational Assistance to the other child, for whom the Member is not in receipt of scholarship from APSRTC (or) other Agencies. 7) An original Bonafide Certificate from the Principal of the Institute mentioning the course and year of study of student during 2023-24 shall be enclosed to the application. '8) The application for grant of Educational Assistance shall be forwarded through the Unit Officer/DM under whom the Member is working. 9) The financial assistance will be discontinued if the student fails to qualify into the next higher class or the Shareholder ceases to be a Member of the Society. However, the student continues to get the financial assistance in case of death or retirement due to superannuation of the Member. 10) In case of students who are undergoing part time courses, a certificate certified by DM stating that the candidate is unemployed should be submitted. 11) Educational Assistance amount will be credited to Bank Account of the Member to which salary is being paid. This Circular may be exhibited on all the Notice Boards and given wide publicity to facilitate the eligible shareholders (including Officers) to submit Applications so as to reach the Office of the Society on or before 31/03/2024.
