A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BARANGAY CAPTAIN AND BARANGAY TREASURER TO ENROLL


IN THE LANDBANK INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET BANKING “WE ACCESS”

Whereas, on February 17, 2024, the Sangguniang Barangay of General Luna has approved
Resolution No. __, 2024 authorizing HON. ARELL A. RELLOSA/ Barangay Chairman and RENEEJANE R.
REALEZA/ Barangay Treasurer.

1. Subscribe to the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) internet banking facility known as
“weAccess”, and

2. Designate authorized signatory to enroll and designate authorized user/s in the LANDBANK
weAccess;

NOW, THEREFOR, as it is hereby resolved, authorizing HON. ARELL A. RELLOSA and RENEEJANE
R. REALEZA to:

1. Execute/sign all documents necessary to subscribe to LBP’s weAccess,

2. Designate/ authorized personnel to act as “maker” for the company’s LBP’s weAccess banking
facility;

3. Enrolled Deposit accounts number: 3182-10003-57, access rights to the weAccess modules,
authorization rules and/or any information on the original and succeeding enrollments.
And that the same is hereby confirmed and ratified;

Resolved finally, to furnish copies of this Resolution all concerned foe their information and
appropriate action.
