Please read the information given inthe CEN thoroughly before filing up the ONLINE application
Candidates must ensure that they possess/fulfl all the prescribed educational and technical qualifications for the
post on or before the ciosing date for suomitting applicaton against this CEN. Candidates waiting forfinal results
of prescribed educational /technical qualifications are not eligible to apply. Candidates are requited to 90
through the Post Parameter Table and Vacancy Table of detailed CEN No.02/2024 to ascertain their eligiblity before
applying through ONLINE mode. Each candidate is allowed to apply to only one RRB for a spectfic pay level, and
only one common ONLINE application should be submitted by a candidate for any or all of the noiified posts, in the
order of preference in that pay level, for which the candidate is eligibleandinterested to apply. Applications should be
submitted only through any of the official RRB websites listed in Para 14(f) below. Aseparate application must be
submitted for each Pay Level, 2s a separate CBT will be conducted for each Pay Level. The applicable Examination
Fee is also required to be paid separately for each Pay Level. Once the application is submitted, the RRB selected
shall be firal for that pay level. Applying to more thanone RRB forthe same Pay Level by acandidate wil resultin the
‘ejection ofall applications for that Pay Leveland devarment
Eligibility of the candidates will be provisional based on details furnished by the candidates in the ONLINE
application, The RRB will nt undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for the elgibily, therefore, candidature wil
be accepted only provisionally subject to fulfilling basic elgibiity criteria as required. Candidates must go through the
requirements of educational qualification, age, medical standards etc. and satisty themselves that they are eligible
for the post. The certificates/documents in support of their Educational Qualifications and Age/Caste/Category, etc.
shall be sought at the time of Document Verification by RRB. After scrutiny of the certificates/ documents of EQs!
ageleaste! category, etc., any claim made in the application is not substantiated by certificates! documents, the
candidature of candidate will be cancelled. Further, during any stage of the recruitment or even thereatfer, iit is
found that any information about the candidate is falselincorrect or if the candidate has suporessed any relevant
information or the candidate does not satisty the eligibility criteria for the post, his/her candidature will be rejected
forthwith

‘Medical Fitness: Candidates must ensure that hey fulfl the prescribed medical standards for the post(s) they are
opting for. Candidates who are found medically unsuitable for the opted post(s) shall not be given any
alternative appointment.
‘Age (as on 01.07.2024): a) 18 - 36 years for Technician Gr! Signal and b) 18- 33 years for Technician Gr ll posts
(Please see para 5.1 for details about age relaxations).
Selection of RRB and Preferences for posts: RRB-wise & Rallway-wise vacancies indicated in this CEN are
provisional and these may increase or decrease as per the requirement of Railway administrations concemed.
Candidates can choose only one RRB in a Pay Level and indicate their preference for Railway Zones and
posts/categories notified, for which the candidate is interested to apply and eligible, in that chosen RRB
‘only. Candidates with partial options will be considered only for the specific Railway Zones and posis/categorios
opted by them, subject to vacancy position at the time of allotment. In case no option is given for certain
posts/categories, it willbe considered as their unwillingness for the same. Options once exercised shall befinal and
no change shall beentertained
 
Candidates must have thelr own active mobile number and a valid personal Email ID for all communication during the
entire durationof recruitment, as all communication with them willonly be through SMS and/or email
During the ONLINE APPLICATION, candidates wil be asked to Create an Account. Ifa candidate has already
Created an Account for CEN No 01/2024, they should use same account credentials to log in end apply for this CEN
((2., CEN No. 02/2024) as well Ifthe candidates have not Created an Account for CEN No.041/2024, they must first
‘Create an Account’ before proceeding to fill up the application for this CEN. Candidates are advised to fill in the
details required for account creation with utmost care, as corrections of any kind will NOT be permitted once the
account is created. Details filled in the ‘Create an Account’ form (including mobile number and Email ID)

After 18.04.2024, RRBs shall not entertain any representation for modification of the information furnished
 
 
Shortiisting of candidates for DV and Medical Examination shal be done RRB-wise at the rate of 1:1 of the
vacancies for that RRB. It wil be based on their metitin CBT. Normalisation of marks will be done for CBTs held
inmuttiple shifts. The shortlisted candidates for DV shall be informed through official RRB websites as well as via
SMS and email (to their registered mobile number and email ID) to download their E-callletiors for appearing in DV.
Nogative Marking: There will be negative marking (@1/3rd mark forevery wrong answer) in CBT.
Banned Items: Candidates carrying banned items like communication devices and electronic gadgets (mobile
phones, bluetooth, pen drive, laptops, calculators, smart watches), bangles, chains, bracelets, hearing aids,
Wallets/purses, belts, shoes, metalic wears, etc., or any stationery tems like pen/pencil, shall NOT be allowed to
appear in the exam, Any violation shall load to disqualification besides legal action and debarment from future
recruitment exams.
Cloak foom arrangement for safe-keeping of belongings may not be available at the exam venues. Therefore,
candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/banned tems including mobile phones etc, to the examination

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
‘Admission to all stages of the recruitment process shall be provisional, subject to the candidate satstying all the
prescribed eligibility conditions.
Mere issue of e-cal letter to the candidates will NOT imply that heir candidature has been finally accepted by the
RRBs,
RRBs conduct verification of eligibilty conditions (with reference to the original documents) only after the candidates
have qualified in al the steges of examination and are shortlisted for Document Verification. RRBs may reject the
candidature of any applicant atany stage of recruitment process case the candidate is found to be ineligible and it
appointed, such a cancidate shall be removed from service summarily.

Before applying for the post(s) against this notification, candidates shouid satisfy themselves that they futfil all the
eligibiity norms including age, educational qualifications and medical standards. Candidates should ensure that
they have the requisite technical qualifications fram recognized Board/University/Institute as on the CLOSING DATE
for submission of application for this CEN, Those awaiting results of the final examination for the prescribed
qualification are not eligibleand hence should net apply.
Candidates who submit more than one application for a pay level against this CEN will be summarily
rejected and will be debarred from all future examinations of RRBs and Railway Recruitment Cell (RRCs).
‘Similarly, applications of candidates who are attempting to submit muitiple applications with minor changes of
information and / or facts to more than one RRB and / or multiple applications to the same RRB will be summarily
‘ejected and such candidates will also be debarred from all future examinations of RRB and RRC.
Candidates who are presently debarred by any RRB / RRC should NOT apply for this notification. Their candidature
will berejected during any stage of recruitment as and when detected.
Candidates who have been dismissed from service by the Government of India / State Government / PSU/
any other government organization are not eligible and should not apply.
Candidates should enter their Name, Father's Name and Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/SSLG/Migh
‘Schoo! Examination Gertificateor an equivaient certiicate ONLY.
{@) Incase of any change in name, candidates should indicate their changed name. However, all other details
should match with the Matriculation or equivalent certificate. Date of such change oF application for such
‘change should be prior to the date of submission of ONLINE application,
{b) Gazette Notification or any other legal document as applicable for such cases, shouid be submitted at the time
ef Document Verification (DV).
‘Signatures of the candidate on all the documents should be uniform and identical: Signature must be in running
hand writing and not in block/capital or disjointed letters. Use of different signatures may result in
disqualification of candidature.
Dates of CBT and DV ill be published on the websites of participating RRBs as given at Pare 14 (1). E-call letters for
CBTs and DV (as appicabie) should be downloaded ONLY from the websites of the RRBs concerned as given at
Para 14 (f), The CBT Centre, date and shift indicated in the e-call letter shall be fnal, and no request for change of
date/time/ place will be entertained.
\Vacancios indicated in the CEN are provisional and may increase or decrease or may even become NIL in totalor in
specific communitiesiunits at a later stage, depending upon the actual needs of the Railway Administration
‘concerned, Additional posts if required by the Railway(s) may also be included at a later stage. RRBs reserve the
rightto introduce additional CBTs, additional DV, ete. without assigning any reason
‘The Railway Administratior-also reserves the right to cancel the notified vacancies atts discretion and such decision
willbe final and bindingon all Ir theevent of such cancellation, the examination fee pad by the candidates will not be
refunded except for candidates whohave attended the CBT. (Refer topara 7.0for tre amount of refund)
Right io Appointment: Selection by RRB does not confer upon candidates any right of appointment in the Railways.
‘The function of the RRBis only io recommend names of suitable candidates to the concemed authorities of the Zonal
Railway who in tum issue the Offer of Appointment subject to availability of vacancies and satisfying all elighility
criteria including antecedents of character. The allotment of category/postRaihway will be based on merit, post
preference, medical fines and vacancy availabilty on the date of panel preparation. After the category / post /
Railway is allotted by RRB, candidates forfeit the right to be considered for any other posticategory within that Pay
Level
 
 
Selecied candidates for the post of Technician will have to undergo training wherever proscribed and only stipend will
bbe paid during the training period.
‘Selected candidates shall execute Security andlor Indemnity Bond wherever necessary.
Posting: Ordnarly, a Railway servant shall be employed throughout service on the Railway or Ralway
estabishmentin which he/she is postedon first appointment and shall have no claim as a right or transfer to another
Railway or another establishment. However, a Competent Authority can transfer the raiway servant to any other
depariment of Railway establishment, including a project in or out of india, in the exigencies of service. No request
{or transfer to other Ralway would be registered til the newly appointed candidate completes at least 5 to 10 years
ofservice. Candidates arethus advised to choose their RRB with due care and consideration.
Selecled candidates who are finally appointed, are liable for active service in Railway Engineers Unit of Territorial
Aimy.
Free Train Travel Facility: Free Sleeper Class Railway Pass admissible to SC & ST candidates (on request}, will
be provided with their e-cal lettar for various stages of selection viz., CBT/ DV/ Medical Examination (as applicable)
as perdetails and validcaste certificate furnished in their ONLINE application.

While booking train reservation and travelling, the original SC & ST community certificate must be shown to
authorized Ralway staff concerned, for verification of genuineness of the candidate. Any misuse of this free travel
facility, shall ead to rejection of candidature at any stage of the selaction process including debarment for future
examinations.
RRBs reserve the right to change / modify / add / delete any of the terms & conditions of recruitment under
the CEN as necessitated and applicable at any stage.
RRBs may share, with the consent of the candidates, their scores (marks) obtained in this recruitment with other
Ministries! Departments/ Publis Sector Undertakings (PSU) and Private organizations, for their own recruitment.
Candidates shouldindicate their consent / refusal forthisin their ONLINE application,
Candidates are advised, in their own interest, to submit their ONLINE application well before the closing date for
submission of application and to avoid any last-minute rush. This precaution is recommended dus to the possbility

STANDARDS OF MEDICAL FITNESS: Candidates called for BV will have to pass requisite medical fitness test(s)
conducted by the Railway Administration to ensure that they are medically fit to carry out the duties connected with
the post(s] opted for by them. Visual Acuity Standatd is an important medical fitness for railway service, The medical

4.0 NATIONALITY / CITIZENSHIP:
(a) Acandidatemust be either:
() acitizenor india, or
(ii) acitizen of Nepal, or
(ii) asubject of Bhutan, or
(iv) aTibetan refugee who came over to India, before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanent setting
inndia, or
(¥) person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, S1i Lanka, East African Countries of
Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with
the intention of permanently settling in India.
(vi) Provided thata candidate belonging to categories (i), (i), (iv) and (v)above, shallbe a personin whose
favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
{b) A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligbllty is necessary, may be admitted to the examination
provisionally. However, the Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India has to be Submitted

i) If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation on more than one ground, he/she will get the maximum

thelr Matriculation / SSLC or an equivalent certificate, No subsequent request for change in date of birth will be
considered. Any differencein the date of birth will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
6.0 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(@) Please see Annexure-Aor the prescribed qualifications foreach post.
(b) Candidates must already have the Educational/Technical qualifications. prescribed in the CEN from
recognized Institute/University as on the last date (/.e. 08.04.2024) for submission of ONLINE application.
(c)} Those awaiting results of their final examination of the prescribed educational/technical qualification
SHOULD NOT ppl
(d) Diploma /Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprentices/ITI for the
post of Technicians in Pay Level-2 unless otherwise specified. Graduate Act apprentice will not be accepted in
lleuof Course Competed ActApprenticeship (CCA)
7.0 EXAMINATION FEE: Candidates will have to pay the prescribed fee as per their community/category detailed
below:

7.4 MODES OF FEE PAYNENT:
a) ONLINE fee payment only through internat banking, debiticredit cards, or UPI will be accepted. All applicable
service charges shall be borne by the candidate,
b) Fee can be paid by the candidates through ONLINE mode only. There will be no option to pay fee through any
other mode.

VERTICAL RESERVATION:
This CEN provides for vertical reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Scheduled Caste (SC),
Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) (OBC-NCL), wherever applicable and
admissible, and as communicated by the Indeniing Railways under extant rules. (See details in the Vacancy Table.)
Only those communities which are recognised by the Government of india as SC, ST and OBC (Non-creamy Layer),
are eligible forreservaton,
NOTE: EBC &EWS are different categories. EBC candidates are not entitled to any job reservation.
All candidates, irrespective of community, will be considered against general j.e., unreserved (UR) vacancies
(subject to fulfiment of eligibility conditions required for UR). However, vacancies reserved for specific groups (viz
SC, ST, OBC(NCL) & EWS), wil be filled only by candidates belonging to that communty/eategory.

A person seeking appaintment én the basis of resetvation to OBCs must ensure that he possesses the caste!
community certificate and does not fallin creamy layer on the closing date for submission of application. During DV,
such candidates should produce their original OBC-NCL certficate (in prescribed format) validas on the closingdate
for submission of application, AND alsoa self-doctaration (in format given atAnnexure IIA) stating that they “do not
belong to creamyllayer”. Orelse, theirclaim for reservation (as OBC-NCL)willnot be accepted and instead, theymay

EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Reservation:
Candidates who aro not covered under the scheme of reservation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL and whose family gross
annual income is below Rs. 8 Lakh (Rupees eight lakh) are tobe identifiedas EWS for benefit o'reservationfor EWS.
The income shall also include income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession etc. for the
financial year priorto the yaar of application. Also candidates whose family owns or possesses any of the following
assets shall be excluded from beingidentified as EWS, irrespective of family income:

fi, Residential fat of 1000 sq. ft.andabove;

Persons serving inthe Armed Forces ofthe Union, who on retirementtrom service would come under the category of
Ex-Servicemen are eligible to apply for re-employment one year before the completion of the specific terms of
engagement and avail themselves of all concessions available to Ex-Servicemen but such persons shall not be
permitted to leave the uniform unti they complete the specific terms of engagement in the Armed Forces of the
Union
Accordingly, such serving Defence personnel to be released within one year (i.e., on or before 07.04.2025) of the
closing date of submission of applications against the CEN can also apply, both for vacancies earmarked for Ex-
Servicemen and for posts not reserved for them. However, they should possess the prescribed Educational
Qualification as onthe closing date of submission of the applications for this CEN (.e..08.04.2024).
Ex-Serviceman candidates who have already secured civil employment under Central Govemment in Group 'C’ &

(Extraordinary) dated 15th June 2017 of the Rights of Persons with Disablities Rules, 2017) at he time of DV.
Assistance of Scribe: Visually Impaired (V1) candidates / candidates whose writing speed is affected by Cerebral
Palsy / candidates with one arm / candidates with muscular dystrophy / Intellectual disability (Autism, specific
leaming disability and mental iness) can avail he assistance of a SCRIBE for writing answers on their behall. For
engaging a scribe, candidates will have to indicate this in their ONLINE application. The engagement of a scribe wil
be subjectto the folowing conditions:

HOWTOAPPLY:
(a) Candidates must read all the information and instructions carefully before filing the ONLINE application to
preventmisiakes.
(b)  Gandidates must first ‘Greate an account for this GEN through the link given in the official RRB websites at
pata 14 (f) below. They must have an active personal mobile number and a valid email ID for receiving OTPs
for account creation. No change in details filed in ‘Create an Account’ form (including mobile number and
email 1D) will be permitted later. If a candidate has already Created an Account for CEN No 01/2024, they
should use same account credentialsto log inand apply for this CEN ((.e., CEN No. 02/2024)as well.
(0) Each candidate is alowed to-apply to only oné RRB for a specific pay level, and only one common ONLINE
application should be submitted by a candidate tor any or all of the notified posts, in the order of preference in
thatpay level, fo: which the candidate is eligible and intorestedto apply. Applications should be submitted only
through any of the officiel RRB websites [sted in Para 14 (?) below. A separate application must be submitted
for each Pay Level, 2s a separate CBT will be conducted for each Pay Level, The applicable Examination Fee
is also required to be paid separately for each Pay Level. Once the appication is submitied, the RRB selected
shallbe final forthat pay evel. Applying tomore than one RRB for the same Pay Level bya candidate will result
inthe rejection ofall applications for that Pay Levelanddebarment
Note: Candidate naving multiple educational qualifications that make him eligible to apply for Pay Levels 2
and Pay Level 5 (for eg. ITI in the relevant trade and also any one of the prescribed qualifications for

Scribe for PwBD Candidates: Indicate option for scribe if you are a PwBD candidate and eligible for scribe.

(d) ONLINE Mandatory Scanned Documents to be koptready before filing the application:
(i) Recent, clear colour passport size photograph (against a plain white background) of the candidate in
JPEG image (size30 to 70KB) - without wearing dark glasses and/orcap,
Note: Candidates must have at least 12 (twelve) copies of the same photograph for future use
during the recruitment process.
(ii) Scanned JPEG image of candidate's signature in running handwriting (size 30 to 70KB)
(ili) SC/ST Certificate (only for candidates requesting free passfor train travel) inpdf format (upto 500KB).

not the full body photograph used in the disability certificate).
(V) Scribe (Applicable to eligible PwBD Candidates only): Provide details of Scribe duly uploeding

30 to 7OKB) ~ without wearing dark glasses and/or cap. Furnishing of information of Scribe is
mandatory. Change of Scribe at the exam venue is generally not permitted. However, under
exceptional circumstances the change may be allowed duly recording reasons and filing the relevant

(e) Candidates can use the services of the Common Services Centre, Ministry ef Electronics and Information
Technology, Government of india under the Digital India initiatives for submitting ONLINE applications. The
Common Services Centre (CSC) scheme is a part of the National eGovernance Plan (NeGP) of the
Government of India and is managed at each village panchayat lovel by a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE),
‘There are more than 1.5 lakns Common Services Centres (CSC) across the country which will provide the
desired support to candidates from urban as well as rural areas in the ONLINE submission of the Application

(9) After submission of application, candidate willbe directed to optfor the mode of paymentof examination fee as

unauthorised websites.
(e) Finally, acceptance of ONLINE application will happen only after receiving confirmation of fee payment. The
applicant will receive a confirmation on successful payment ONLINE throuch ernail & SMS.
MODIFICATION OF APPLICATION:
(a) After the final submission of the ONLINE application, ifa candidate wishes to further modify, change or correct
any detail except details filled in ‘Create an Account’ form (including mobile number and Email ID) and
Chosen RRB, he/she may do so by paying a modification fee of Rs, 250/- (non-refundable) for each occasion.

(e) Modifications of ONLINE application will be allowed any number of times on payment of the modification fee
for each occasion.

permitted up to 10 (ten) days after the closing date and time for submission of applications, ie , 08.04.2024
(23:59 hrs) for this CEN. The modification window will remain open from 09.04.2024 to 18.04.2024. After this
period, RRBS snail not entertain any representation for modification of the information furnished in the
application
INVALID APPLICATIONS | REJECTIONS:
(a) Online applications will be liable for rejection on the following grounds amongst others:
i) Multiple applications to-different RRS or same RRB forthe same Pay Level post. In such case, all the
applications will be rejected summarily and such candidates will be debarred from all future RRB and
RRC oxams.
 
ii) Invalid photo (6, notas per prescribed specifications) such as poor resolution, full body view, only side
view, unrecognizable facial features, photocopied photograph, group photo, titedlinverted image, etc.
ili)» Invalid Signature'(.e., notas per prescrived specifications) such as use ofblock/capital letters instead of
running hand-writing, poorresolution, incomplete image, etc.
Iv) Candidate's name figuringin the debarred list ofany RRB/RRC.

{b) Rejected Applications: Dotails of rejected applications can be viewed on the website of the RRB concerned
by logging in, along with the reason(s) for rejection which will be final and binding and no further
‘correspondence shall be entertained on the subject. No refund of examination fee will be made on account of
rejection of applications. SMS and e-mailalerts shall also be sent to the candidates on their registered mobile
numbers and e-mail Ds. Candidates will not be intimated by post.
Instructions Related to E-Callletter:
(a) _ Information and details regarding the CBT schedules and link for downloading the E-call letters willbe given
on the websites of the RRBS. Eligible candidates will also be informed via SMS and email,
{b) Eligible candidates can download their e-call letter (and forscribe, where applicable) for the CBT fromthe RRB
‘websites asgiven atPara 14 (f) about 4 (four) days before the date of CBT, However, intimation about the city

(9) _ Detailed information and instructons regarding the CBT will be given along with the e-call etter. Candidates
should read and follow them scrupulously. Failure to comply with the instructions may lead to their
disqualification
eS) ig CER(e) Free Travel Facility: In case of SC & ST candidates who are eligible tree train travel, their e-call letter itself will
coniainthe free travel authority (sleeper classrailway pass). Such SC & ST candidates will ba allowed to book
train reservation by submitting a self-attested photocopy oftheir e-call latter and SCIST certificate atthe ticket
booking counter. During the journey, SC & ST candidates should carry their original community certificate
1d proof of identity for undertaking journey failing which they will be treated as
travelling without ticket and charged accordingly.
(f) During the examination, candidates must bring their e-callletters along with a valid ORIGINAL Photo ID (viz.,
Voter ID-Card, Aadhaar card, printout of e- Aadhaar, driving license, PAN card, passport, valid identity card
issued by the employer in case the candidate is a govt. employee, Schoo! / College / University photo ID card
{if sill studying), etc.) to the examination hall failing which the candidates shall NOT be allowed to appear in
the examination,
(9) Candidates must also bring a copy of the SAME colour passport photograph which was uploaded in their
online application, during the CBT/DV/ME,
 
 
18.0 VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND FORMAT OF CERTIFICATES:
(a) Candidates shortlisted for DV will have to submit all their original documents along with two sets of self-
attested photocopies at the time of DV.
(b) Further, these candidates should upload the scanned copies (in true colour) of Photo & Signatuiré before their
DV datethrough the portal -hitpsi//oims-i.gov.in/rbd.
(0) All-certiicatas should be either in English or Hindi only. Where certificates are not in English/ Hindi, self-
attested transiated version (in Hind) / Engish) should be produced wherever / wheneverrequired. Certificates
produced during the DV should be strictly in the prescribed formats,
(d) No additional time will be given to the candidates not producing theif original certificates on their date of DV
andthe candidature of such candidates isliable to be forfeited.
{e) Candidates whowere absentduring the documentverfication will forfeittheir candidature,
19.0 USE OF UNFAIR PRACTICES:
(a) Any candidate found using unfair means of any kind. such as forgery, impersonation, cheating, misconduct,
use or attempted use of banned items, mis-representation and suppression of facts, etc will be debarred from
appearing in all the examinations of all the RRBs and RRCs for lifetime. He/she will also be debarred from
appointment in the Railways and if aready appointed, will be dismissed from service, Such candidates shal
also be lable to legalaction,
(b) Anyuse of unwarranted and unfair influence lo further undue interests in respect of the recruitment process,
shail lead todisqualification and debarment ofthe candidate concemed,
(0) WARNING: Beware of unscrupulous elements and job racketeers offering appointment in the Railways -
either through influence or by use of unfair and unethical means. RRBs do not appoint any agent or coaching
centres forrecruitment. Candidates are warned against any such claims being made by any person or agency.

20.0 MISCELLANEOUS:
(a), Biometric details of candidates will be recorded at overy stage of the recruitment process. In case of any
mismatch, RRBs concemed shall reserve the right to disqualify a candidate and take appropriate legal action
‘on thatbasis.
{b) RRBs aiso reserve the right to conduct additional authenticaton procedures to cross-verfy the identity and
carry out background checksof any candidate.
(0) RRBs reserve the right to conduct additional CBT/ DV (as required) at any stage. RRBs also reserve the right
to cancel part or whole of any recruitment process at any stage for any of the categories notified in this CEN
without assigning any reason thereof,
(d)Thedecision of RRBs in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of ONLINE applications, issue
of free rail passes, penal action for false information, modification of vacancies, mode of selection, conduct of
CBI, allotment of examination centres, selection, allotment of posts to selected candidates, etc., will be final
and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or comespondence will be entertsined by the RRBs in this
regard.
{e)_ RRBswillnctberesponsible for any inadvertent errors,
(f) Any legal issues arising out of this CEN, shall fall within the legal jurisdiction of respective Central
Administrative Tribunals under whichthe RRE concerned is located.
(9) _ In the event of any dispute about interpretation, the English version of the notification as published in the
