Case Study 1 – Creating a Project

Background

You are a project manager working for a general contractor, and your firm is using P6 Professional to manage
the renovation of an apartment building. Following a meeting with the project team, you have been assigned to
create the project and its Work Breakdown Structure.

Objectives

1. Create a new project using the information in the following table:
