Today, we’re writing to let you know about an upcoming change that will affect your banking.

We’re closing your TD Business Premier Checking account ending in *4008 on July 6, 2020

We recently discovered unusual usage activity on your TD Business Premier Checking account, based on this;
we are closing your account. We’re taking this action in accordance with Section 5d of TD Connect Terms &
Conditions, which you can view online at tdbank.com/tdconnect.

You’ll continue to have temporary access to the funds on your account and should withdraw them before your
account is closed on July 6. If funds remain on your account after this date, we will mail a check to the address
associated with your TD Bank Profile within 30 days. Any applicable programs fees continue to apply until your
account is closed.
