Non-Aggression Peace Treaty

Between

Preamble:

Recognizing the importance of maintaining peace, stability, and good neighbourly relations in the
region,

Acknowledging the shared desire to prevent armed conflicts and promote mutual understanding and
cooperation,

Conscious of the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity, and non-interference in each other's
internal affairs,

The Nation of [Country A] and [Country B], hereinafter referred to as the Parties, have reached the
following agreement:

Article 1: Non-Aggression

1.1. The Parties hereby pledge to refrain from any form of aggression, hostility, or use of force against
each other, either individually or collectively.

1.2. The Parties shall not support, directly or indirectly, any acts of aggression against the other Party
by third parties.

Article 2: Settlement of Disputes

2.1. The Parties commit to resolving any disputes or conflicts between them through peaceful
means, including negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

2.2. In case of any dispute arising between the Parties, they shall undertake to engage in constructive
dialogue promptly and in good faith to seek mutually acceptable solutions.
Article 3: Respect for Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity

3.1. The Parties affirm their respect for each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

3.2. They shall refrain from any actions that may undermine the territorial integrity, political stability,
or national unity of the other Party.

Article 4: Cooperation

4.1. The Parties may engage in mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields, including but not
limited to support to the other party by external attacks.

4.2. They shall encourage people-to-people exchanges and foster diplomatic territorial
understanding between their nations

Article 5: Diplomatic Relations

5.1. The Parties shall maintain diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level, and their diplomatic
missions shall operate in accordance with the rules of the game and diplomatic norms.

5.2. They shall ensure the safety and security of diplomatic personnel and premises of the other
Party within their respective territories ( land /sea)

Article 6: Duration and Termination

6.1. This Treaty shall enter into force upon signature by both Parties and shall remain in effect
indefinitely.

6.2. Either Party may terminate this Treaty by providing written notice to the other Party.
Termination shall take effect 3 rounds later after the receipt of such notice unless in an event of
severe emergency.

6.3 If either Party breaks this Treaty by methods of backstabbing, manipulation and / colluding with
external parties who are not bonded by this agreement, a penalty shall be imposed by the victim
party whereby the transgressor party must forfeit five supply camps or what is remaining of the
transgressors supply camps, to the victim party.
