This time is a Yuletide season and yet Christmas is around the corner. We are writing
this letter because we conduct a house to house caroling for a few chosen people
who we know would be generous enough to extend help to our group. The main
purpose of this, is to collect funds to augment the expenses for the plan about
Outreach Program and Feeding Program for the Children; and also other proceeds
will go for the team’s Christmas Party as well.
In line with this, we would like to inform and ask permission from you that our team will
be visiting to your humble home and will able to conduct the said caroling on December
___, 2023 at 6:00 PM onwards.
We are positive that you will grant our request.
