ZINC CHROME PRIMER TO IS 104

This is single pack airdrying, based on Syn. Resins and contains corrosion inhabiting pigments
such as Zinc Chrome. it has very good anticorrosive property.

Recommended Use : Protection of aluminium alloy/metal, strucural steel,


conveyors, storage tanks, etc.
Finish : Smooth and matt to egg shell.
Colour : Yellow
Covering Capacity on smooth : 10 to 11 sq. mt./lt. for 25 micron dry film thickness.
Mild Steel Surface

Drying Time : Surface Dry - Less than 30 minutes.


Hard Dry - Less than 16 hours.

Thinner Recommended : Synthetic G.P. Thinner
Method of Application : By brush or spray at a pressure of 40 to 50 PSI.
Overcoatin Finish : It can be overcoated with conventional product and
Chlorinated Rubber Paint.
Direction For Use : Ensure that surface should be free from rust, grease, oil,
moisture and other loose flakes. Apply by brush or spray
after adjusting to brushing or spraying viscosity by
recommended thinner. Allow the primer coat to hard dry
before applying finishing coat. Stir well before use.
For galvanised steel and non. ferrous metals pretreat with
wash Primer, followed by one coat of CHAMAK Zinc
Chromate Primer.
Storage Life : As long as containers are kept sealed, it can be stored up to
twelve months without deterioration.
Packing : 20 liters, 4 litre, 1 litre & 500 mis.
