SHADOW WORK GUIDE


Greetings magical being! Thank you for downloading this shadow work exercise. In order to channel
your higher self while journalling, start by listening to the 'Preparing for Shadow Work' meditation you
can find on my YouTube channel. You may also like to cleanse your space with candles and
incense, ensure you won't be disturbed and set an intention for the session.
Make sure to have your journal close by before you begin, just let your thoughts take you where you
need to go.
INNER CHILD SUBCONSCIOUS
What dominant behaviours have I copied Why am I living my life this way? What am I
from my care givers? truly motivated by?

What parts of my life do I not like? Why would


What have my family taught me to be a part of me be attracted to that and still
motivated by? want it in my life?

What are the challenges I face on a daily


What stories were repeated to me during my basis? How do I react to these? What is that
childhood? teaching me about myself?

How do I speak about myself? Who's voice is


What have I been told isn't possible? that? How true are these observations?

How do I speak about others? What is it


Who do I need to perform as to appease my motivated by?
care givers?
What's holding me back from the next stage
of my life? What limiting beliefs are showing
When have I had to shrink my light to fit in? up here?

How do I let my emotions express


What are my happiest memories as a child? themselves?
What was I doing? How did I feel?
When something good is happening in my
life, what are the automatic thoughts
How did my caregivers react when I showed associated with the experience?
emotion?
To fully accept myself, what ideas do I need
to release? How can I learn how to do this?

The purpose of this session is to understand where your thoughts and behaviours have
originated from, in order to, strengthen your self acceptance and love. Ultimately, supporting your
transition into alignment with your highest self <3
