1. Tell me something about yourself. (Answers should only be about yourself etc. Name, Age,
address, highest educational attainment & work experience)

2. What is customer service? (Giving the quality of service to our customers by providing
correct resolution and resolve their problems)

3. How do you understand the job that you are applying for? (I am applying as a Customer
service representative and I am expected to take phone calls everyday which is my primary
function)

4. Why should I hire you?


You should hire me because I have relevant experience and skills that would add to your team, I
am coachable and willing to go above and beyond to accomplish goals set by the company and
I am confident I will excel in this role.

5. How do you see yourself 5 years from now ko ko?


5 years from now, I should be one of the company's supervisors/managers. Given that I will
soon be equipt with product knowledge and skills to be a leader

6.Why did you choose to apply in this company?


I chose to apply to this company because I heard that this company has a friendly working
environment and proper training. This will help me become a team player and your future
leader.

7. How do you handle pressure / Stress ?


I just dont simply handle them. Whenever I feel pressured, I used to do things that would make
me at ease like for example: Listening to music, watching funny videos, nap for 4-5 minutes.

8. How much do you need your job?


I am very in need of this job as much as everyone else do. This is to help me support my family
financial most especially in this challenging times.

9. How do you manage your time?


I prioritize tasks that needs urgent and important attention and catch up with the other things
before ending the day.

10. What are the common reasons why you cannot report to work on time.
There are 3 basic reasons why I will not be able to report to work such as:
1. Severe sickness that would get me hospitized.
2. I might encounter accident along the way.
3. Sudden death in the family.
But if these scenarios happen in the future, I will make sure to communicate with my leaders
before my shift.

- Well I enjoyed my time at my previous job. I realized that inorder to achieve my long term
career goals, I needed to seek a new challenges and experiences. And so this opportunity is
particularly appealing to me because I believe that your companies values and goals are closely

1. Tell me about yourself.


- Good Day! I am Micaela V. Sartorio. Just call me Mica. 22 years old. Finished 3rd year
college. I'm an achiever when it comes to Academics, I graduated as elementary
Valedictorian and I am awarded as one of the talented youth in our Province. In my previous
experiences, I accept painting and academic commissions thats helps me supports my
needs and desires. During those times I have no relapses because I put my heart whenever
I am doing my commissions and being thankful for every customers that put trust on my
skills.

2. Why did you choose to apply in a BPO industry.


- I want to work in a BPO industry because first is because i want to earn for my family so
that I can help them financially.

3.What is your idea of a call center/call center agent?


- My idea about call center or being a call center agent is you are helping or assissting
customers regarding with their problems or questions about the said account.

4.Why didn't you apply in a job that is related to your college diploma.
- I believe that experience can define not only your preferred profession, but also how
determined you are as a person to learn and explore different things.

5. Do you have call center experience?


- No, but I would be glad to get and developed my experiences in your company.

6. What is your salary expectation?


- If I'm given a chance to work with your company, salary is not my top priority as of now
because the knowledge and also the experience I can possibly get while working in the
office is enough for me. But I'll just go ahead and be practical as well so my expected salary
is around 17k - 20k.

7. Do you plan to continue your education / take your license exam?


- No, as of now, my top priority is to help my family and to help them financially.

8.What are your strengths?


- My strengths are I can easily adapt things. I'm a good problem solver. I am a person of
persistence, and I don't easily give up. My reliability. I am able to make decisions under
pressure, and I am able to work independently or with little to no supervision. I am also
amiable, dependable, expressive, and on time.

- Yes, I strive to maintain as much composure and concentrate as possible. I prioritize my
responsibilities to assist me properly and to manage pressure by having a clear
understanding of what has to be done.

- 5 years from now, I see myself in a higher position and having a stable job that can
financially support myself and my family.

- I believe that a job cannot defined what you want to do in life, so I am here believing that I

- Regarding on that, I don't have any plans to continue my studies because my priority as of
now is my parents for them to have their needs in everyday life.

- I want to work in a call center because of two reasons:
First, because Call Center provides tremendous career growth opportunities.
Second, because Call Center provides avenue to master communication skills and to
develop skill-set further.
